Called them on drain cleaning special $79, After working maybe 15min with the snake they give up and mention it might be soil or whatever and tech says the cable might tangled there and make things worse.
However i still get charged even though its still clogged and they advise to do hydrojet cleaning at cost $1200

Im then calling handyman, he put bladder with garden hose, and in a matter maybe less than 5min the line is clear, the bladder itself only cost less than $20 which you can get from harbor freight or home depot.

It just make me wonder how does big company like this not able to figure out the issue, and a handyman can simply fix the issue with a very simple tool

I scheduled an appointment for the next day using their website and no one showed up. I tried to call on the phone multiple times and no one answered. Don't waste your time - I'd suggest using another company like I will be doing! -- Update: Owner reached out hours after my 1-star review saying he'll follow up the next morning. Days later and still no response! 0 stars would be more appropriate.

Ruben came to fix our main sewer pipe that was leaking. He was very responsive, knew what he was doing and did excellent job in communicating. He explained everything thoroughly and shared photos/videos for reference. He left everything in clean condition and did an excellent job! I just moved in a property and after a week the drainer below the kitchen sink didn't work. While the home warranty asked us to wait over the weekend which is about 4 days, Elite Rooter came here really quickly and did an excellent job. They cleaned the downstream pipes with cables and it worked really fast. They also gave us several suggestions on how to maintain the water pipe to avoid it from happening again. And they keep everything clean and neat after the cleaning. Highly recommended!

Elite Rooter came out to snake my main line. The plumber did snake it three times but could not unclog the line. He didn't seem too skilled on how to snake a house. There are ways to feel for clogs, stop, rotate, push forward. He didn't seem to know. He didn't fix the problem.

I was charged anyway the $79. Then the supervisor came out to try to sell me their hydro jet package which costs either $1500. or $3000 before discounts depending on what you want.

I declined. I hired another company the next day. They snaked the line and unclogged it. Problem solved. No expensive hydro jetting needed. The second plumber had more experience and seemed to know how to use the snake machine better. I will never use Elite Rooter again. I could have been out thousands of dollars had I gone with their recommendation!

We had just finished a remodel, and suddenly, our toilets started clogging up in a massive way. We've had a history of issues with plumbing, and so I chalked it up to just another one of those episodes.

Erick Zavala came out, and he was professional, detailed (wrote notes and pictures about everything). He spent the better part of the whole morning trying to unclog our pipes going out to the street (that was where the problem was), but no luck.

He called in reinforcements, and it became abundantly clear that roots had invaded our line to the point that it needed to be replaced.

He called his manager in (Gabe), who ran a camera through our pipes to show us the extent of the damage. Gave us a couple of short-term vs. long term fix options, and advised us appropriately.

We went with the long term fix since it was clear this would happen again. They promptly came out the next day with a crew, did the whole work, and left my front yard as though they never came at all. Except I now have super clean, no more tree roots pipes now.

Thank you guys, you were great. Would highly, highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Elite Rooter sent Ruben Alvarez to resolve a clogged pipe and replacement of home sewer line to the city. Took longer than expected due to other issues. But everything was professional installed and tested to our satisfaction. Thanks to Ruben at Elite for the work done during this long job.
