I just moved in the area and my kitchen garbage disposal just went out. I was walking outside to grab tools from my truck and met my neighbor Aaron who works for this company! We had a quick introduction and told him my recent frustration and he mentioned he was a plumber ( keep in mind he was off work ) and he would come over and check it out! I told him no thanks because I didn't want to bother him , but he was more than willing. Came over fixed it in ten minutes. I tried to lay him, but he said that's what neighbors do! He did have a thank you beer though lol! Great TJ know this company hires such nice guys! Thanks Aaron

Called at 9:00 this morning for an appointment to fix a clogged kitchen sink. They gave me a time of between 10:00 and 12:00. 12:00 pm came around and no one called. I called them again and was told my new appointment was now 1:00 to 2:00 pm. It is now 2:48pm and no one has called or showed up. Terrible service. I've waited all day for nothing!!!

I scheduled an inspection and they never showed up or called. I contacted them and gave them another chance. They never showed up and then they scheduled the wrong day.

I just replace my main line and I have lot of problems whit them I'm trying to be patient but they do a lot of mistakes and they damage my sprinklers and my dryer exhaust pippe and no even notified me. Save yourself from this guys .

They are crooks. Just want to oversell and do not even complete the job they are paid for. Left my drain even in wort condition than before and unprofessional company. Stay away from them.

Elite Rooter has thief and ex cons working in. Management Dion is a liar and a thief who steals from elderly makes fake receipt and should be behind bars for his actions in which Elite Rooter didn't care to do anything about Manager Dion even with video proof and several eye witnesses This Company should be under investigation If you are thinking about hiring them would be a Big mistake on your part as a Customer do yourself a favor and please look elsewhere Please

Two slow drains. James called ahead, arrived early, assessed the situation, got right to work. Wasn't the toughest job but it was solved quickly and efficiently. Nice fellow. Used Elite a year ago and will call them the next time.

Aaron from Elite Rooter was absolutely fantastic. Plumbing issues are never fun but he walked us through them wonderfully and put everything in understandable terms. He also worked with us on our tight deadline. If you need a plumber 10 out of 10 recommended. They are honest and not trying to swindle you which is so important in home repairs. They help you through the process and provide anything you need for your insurance company which can be another stress.
