Never hire Elite Rooter! They like to intimidate people into paying thousands of dollars in unecessary repairs.
Elite rooter came to my home and told me my drain pipe had a leak and offered to dig a hole, fix it, fill it back up, put new concretd and haul away the unwanted dirt and old concrete fragents for $4500. I paid $499 down and let them start digging.
They told me that half of the sewer pipe needed replacing for over $21,000. I told them to let me try and get the funds together. I also got a 2nd and 3rd opinion.
3 weeks later I had to hire a new plumber who fixed the origional problem for only $1,200. Elite came out and demanded $5000 for only diging part of the origional hole, no repair, no filling back up, no new concrete, and left all the old dirt and concrete pieces in my front yard.
Never trust these scamers for your plumbing repairs.

Grayson called to advise he was in route and arrived earlier that scheduled which worked out better. Friendly and knowledgeable of gas valve issue. He provided quote, process, and additional information about gas valve issue. I appreciate the honestly and information of matter and how it will get fixed. Service was very poor right from the beginning.
Over promise and under deliver, Bait and switch /over pricing, Bad attitudes from employees; Donavan and ""his boss"" Grayson, no apologies, big attitude
...just Left property without notice, left the main sewer line open without replacing the cap, left the exterior laundry door open with their dirty foot prints and just left our house without saying a word. Very disrespectful for a service oriented company.
They advertise one hour service and when I called I was also told expect response in one hour...didn't hear back for 4-5 hours. It was after 4 pm and the driver was in oceanside and gave me a 90minute ETA. This would have been dinner time/early evening and a real inconvenience. After a 5 hour wait for a response we also didn't trust it would even be an hour and half so we agreed to schedule for first thing in the morning.Donavan arrived and snaked our main and suggested we power flush and run a camera for an additional $1,400 fee...the sales pitch saying they would apply it to any repairs needed. Once again told he would return in a few hours with the equipment....we had to wait until dinner time again until they could return with the equipment. Bear in mind they are working right under the kitchen window with proximity to our dining table. We again scheduled for 8:30am the next morning. Received a text after 8:30 notifying another delay due to an ""impromptu mandatory"" office meeting! Asking if it was OK if we meet about 10:30. I answered ""really not ok""...this was now going on day three and we expected better customer service.
Days later we finally received their invoice of which we were in no hurry to dish out $1,400 and meanwhile the worker, Donovan shows up at our door, unannounced demanding payment from my wife! Needless to say I put a bank check in the mail (under protest) and it was an easy decision to not move forward with trusting them for the repair (running a new main line for the house) Stay clear of this particular unprofessional company.

My parents called them to unclog a backed up line after work hours on a Friday. They were unable to clog the drain. They came back the next morning and scoped the line and told them an entire section had incorrect couplings and needed to be rebuilt. They did this, they left. 20 minutes later the line was still backed up. They came back and then re-routed the line, in the process disconnecting a secondary kitchen sink because they didn't ""have the parts"". We agreed to this because we needed a functioning kitchen for the weekend. The bathroom sink they were never able to unclog and just told us ""not to use it."" Don't get me started on the outrageous quotes they gave for ""pipebursting"" and correcting ""offsets"". On Monday I called a plumber I trust who was able to unclog to backed up sink with a snake. At the end of the day my parents paid 4K for 2 couplings and about 10' of pipe, an unfinished re-route, a disconnected sink (which was connected before these creeps showed up), AND Elite Rooter never finished unclogging the line completely. I attempted to contact them directly, NO response from management. Strongly considering taking them to small claims court for this unethical work.

Plumber was very friendly and professional. He helped us unclog a drain at our food establishment. Price was reasonable and he made sure to communicate what was happening and what we could do to prevent this from happening again. I would highly recommend this service.

Omar diagnosed the sewer backup issue with camera over the weekend and identified exact spot where tree roots got in. He cut concrete dug the dirt and replaced pipes and put everything back nicely by sunday afternoon. Appreciate the fast and prompt service.

Ricardo was amazing!!! I had my master bathroom sink clog, he came out within an hour of my call. He was efficient, extremely polite and even gave me tips to help avoid future clogs. The cost was affordable, which took the pain out of the situation!
Will definitely recommend their team, but he made the difference!

Great service and Jerome the technician sent out was extremely professional and broke down everything that would have to be done and the cost prior to fixing our kitchen sink issue. He spent two days figuring out the plumbing issue from the builders and got back to us the next day to make sure everything was still working properly after the repair. Definitely will use this service again if any issues arise.

This is a long overdue review for this company and particularly for Steve Johnson. I had some repairs done at my rental property and Stephen and his team did an awesome job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and if you have a chance, ask for Steve.
