Experience was pretty bad!!. Fall into a tricky and untruthful act from associates. Before signing the contract mentioned about all inclusive coverage fixing and taking care of the clogged pipe. However, after the findings; associates changed the tone and said he never said it was all inclusive to fix the problem; only detection. So, at the end; my problem was not solved and at the end two associate asked another 10k on top of 1.2k I paid to pinpoint the clogged location/objects. I would suggest all to be careful with this company.

Called them for an annual laundry standpipe clearing for sluggish draining. One nice gentleman/technician arrived on time. He immediately commented on the age, small size and material of 65 year old cast iron pipe (I already knew that). He tried to snake it, then called another tech with a camera from 30 min away. The 2nd tech DID get up on the roof (other access) and showed me the video (roof access usually an extra charge ) but they did tell me no extra above the advertised drain cleaning charge. Both discussed how ""hydro jetting"" would be much better for my situation and that they could do it the same day. Fine - until! AFTER the big pitch for the hydro jetting they told me the cost would be $1,500!!!!! IMMEDIATELY after my loud gasp, it became $1,300 - still outrageous so I declined that service.
I was skeptical, so asked around for usual hydrojetting charges and found out it would be approximately $500 from several other companies. NOT NICE! and sneaky. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of a naive lady senior citizen. Well I may be old and female, but not stupid. They got 3 stars because they did go up on the roof at no extra charge and the drain now flows freely but buyer beware!

He showed up within an hour of my call and was very knowledgeable. Fair price for quality work. 10/10 recommend

Never hire Elite Rooter! They like to intimidate people into paying thousands of dollars in unecessary repairs.
Elite rooter came to my home and told me my drain pipe had a leak and offered to dig a hole, fix it, fill it back up, put new concretd and haul away the unwanted dirt and old concrete fragents for $4500. I paid $499 down and let them start digging.
They told me that half of the sewer pipe needed replacing for over $21,000. I told them to let me try and get the funds together. I also got a 2nd and 3rd opinion.
3 weeks later I had to hire a new plumber who fixed the origional problem for only $1,200. Elite came out and demanded $5000 for only diging part of the origional hole, no repair, no filling back up, no new concrete, and left all the old dirt and concrete pieces in my front yard.
Never trust these scamers for your plumbing repairs.

He provided quote, process, and additional information about gas valve issue. I appreciate the honestly and information of matter and how it will get fixed.
