Great service and Jerome the technician sent out was extremely professional and broke down everything that would have to be done and the cost prior to fixing our kitchen sink issue. He spent two days figuring out the plumbing issue from the builders and got back to us the next day to make sure everything was still working properly after the repair. Definitely will use this service again if any issues arise.

We had a clogged kitchen drain. They came in on time but the issue resurfaced right after they left. They had told me that they guarantee their work. When we called them back and sent a message they completely ignored it and never even responded back. As a result we had to pay someone else again to really fix the issue. Extremely bad service ;(. Be aware of this company and type of business they run.

This review is a little late as I just got back from being out of the country. I have used Elite Plumbing a few times and have referred the company to friends and family. I have had success with them in the past. The issue this time was a sewer and water re-pipe. A plan was agreed upon with the project manager prior to the start of the project. From day one, there was miscommunication between the project lead and the workers which I had to continually stop and ask them to call the lead. Work was not completed per the original agreement. The completion of the project was continually delayed and for a week I was told every day it would be completed that day. The crew was late anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 1/2 hours. Calls and texts went unanswered. When escalated to the manager after waiting 3 hours for an ETA, the project manager actually laughed at me because I was so mad. They previously leveled the yard and replaced the turf as close to original as possible. This time, the area was not leveled, and the turf was not tacked down. Numerous issues were escalated but eventually resolved and the invoice was paid in full within 15 minutes of receiving the final invoice. However, 2 days prior to leaving the country, I received a notice from a lien company on behalf of Elite Plumbing for an outstanding balance. I made calls to the company requesting to talk to the manager that have to date gone unanswered by the manager. The manager did have her assistant call me to let me know I did not have an outstanding balance, and this is standard procedure but could not clarify what the standard procedure was when there was no outstanding balance. I still have not received a call from the manager to my questions why my personal information was given to another company without my authorization and no breach of contract.

Elite Rooter sent out a technician named kendrick and he was absolutely fabulous! He figured out our issue fairly quickly went over and beyond, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in our home. Elite did not overcharge us, they only charged us for what was necessary and their price was extremely, extremely fair. If you need an honest and fair priced plumbing company we suggest you call Elite Rooter...we certainly will the next time we have a plumbing issue!!

Beware. I asked two companies for estimates to fix my clogged kitchen sink. Elite's two-man team spent a lot of time inspecting and gave a cost estimate range of $1K to $12K (""possible sewer main replacement""). Affordable Drain sent out one guy who cleared the drain in 20 minutes at a cost of $125. (I just left them a 5-star review.) Elite, it's true that I'm gullible -- I didn't know that if only one sink is clogged, the sewer main isn't the problem -- but my family and friends are much savvier. They believe you tried to take advantage of my naivete. If they're right, you should feel ashamed.

Called for a clogged shower and within the hour Kendrick arrived and fixed the problem. Highly recommend this company, will definitely use again. Very professional, quick, and reasonably priced.

I just moved in the area and my kitchen garbage disposal just went out. I was walking outside to grab tools from my truck and met my neighbor Aaron who works for this company! We had a quick introduction and told him my recent frustration and he mentioned he was a plumber ( keep in mind he was off work ) and he would come over and check it out! I told him no thanks because I didn't want to bother him , but he was more than willing. Came over fixed it in ten minutes. I tried to lay him, but he said that's what neighbors do! He did have a thank you beer though lol! Great TJ know this company hires such nice guys! Thanks Aaron

Called at 9:00 this morning for an appointment to fix a clogged kitchen sink. They gave me a time of between 10:00 and 12:00. 12:00 pm came around and no one called. I called them again and was told my new appointment was now 1:00 to 2:00 pm. It is now 2:48pm and no one has called or showed up. Terrible service. I've waited all day for nothing!!!
