Elite Rooter went above and beyond with taking care of us and addressing a major issue that suddenly reared its ugly head. Keith and Brian were able to explain everything to my fiancé, and Brian and Isaac worked tirelessly over the Fourth of July weekend to replace the pipes and ensure all connections were up to code -- something the flipping company failed to address before selling it to us. While these things are not cheap, Elite Rooter earned every penny through their care of their clients, their education on the issues found, and their attention to detail in fixing said issues...not to mention the long days spent digging and pulling the new pipes through. We will be recommending Brian and Elite Rooter to any of our friends and family who are in need of good, honest, quality work which embodies the American spirit :)

Fabulous service. They respond quickly and stay in contact. Johnny Newman, the plumber, did an excellent job at the end of a very long day and is very professional. This is the third or fourth time I've used their plumbing service and I will never use anyone else.

Once again Elite Rooter to the rescue. I needed some plumbing work and contacted Elite Rooter. Not only were they fast but everyone at Elite Rooter is Awesome to talk to. Keith and his team are fast, efficient and take care of business. 5 stars Elite Rooter!! Thank you again

Don't hire these guys for anything! We had a slow shower drain and called them. They damaged plumbing, backed up the kitchen plumbing, called out a water remediation service without our approval, tried to scam us into a $25,000 walk in tub, signed us up for a credit card we didn't want, and hired an equally scam remodeling company. That was on 3/17/23. Now on 6/1/23 we've spent $6,000 out of our pocket to fix plumbing they busted, the insurance has spent $9,000 for other repairs, and we still dont have a working master shower, our kitchen cabinets are partly ripped out, and no flooring in the kitchen. Estimates are another $5,000 to $6,000 to get back to where we started.

We had a clogged drain that we had tried drain cleaner,didn't work .Tried vinegar and baking soda,tried bleach,hot water but nothing worked called Elite Rooter , Genaro Jr Senior Technician came out and was very nice from the start very helpful,Nicest guy you would ever want to meet !
Did the job well and cleaned up after his work which was excellent five star all the way ! Friendly-Excellent service-job well done-respectful Five stars !

Brain was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in regards to any issues I was experiencing. They weren't out to rob my wallet and were very honest when it came to any concerns I had. I was very pleased with this service and would highly recommend again. Thank you Brian!!

This review is overdue. I used Elite Rooter in May of this year. Both Brians arrived, and both were very friendly, but a bit confused as to what work was to be done, and how much everything would cost. At any rate, the friendlier Brian, who lives outside of Tucson and comes into town only on certain days, was the plumber who stayed to do the bulk of the work. I gave Elite one star because the plumber did not bother to reconnect the pipes when he changed the faucet. I had water immediately run on to the floor as soon as I turned on the water. With a bucket under my sink, I called Elite for the plumber to return. I was informed they did not have anyone to dispatch back out! An essential take away from this review is that Elite has horrible customer service, and is short-staffed. I consequently had a cable appointment the next day. The cable guy saw the water on my floor (the bucket overfilled), and he happily cleaned up the water and repaired the shady job on my faucets and pipes! Elite Rooter received payment without any care or concern regarding the quality of work or whether the job was even completed.

I hired Elite to run a gas line for a BBQ from the meter to the patio. I picked this company because of the high ratings on Yelp but regret that I didn't get multiple quotes. They quoted me $3500 but charged me $3570. The average cost according to Home Advisor should have been less than half this. I've contacted Elite 3 times about the over charge but they've never responded.

They were supposed to run the pipe down the side of the house but ended up digging across my backyard because they didn't clearly communicate where the connection was supposed to be placed to the installer. Digging across the back yard damaged the sprinkler supply line, which costs me additional money to repair.

They didn't clean up after their work and left dirt on top of the pavers, see picture.

Glad I chose Elite Rooter for plumbing issues. Tech Brian H. was polite, helpful and figured out the plumbing issue quickly. It was fixed and the bill was very fair. Definitely use them again!
