While visiting our daughter, one of her bathrooms had a leak and was flooding the downstairs. Took a look at Yelp and gave Elite Rooter a call. Dispatcher/receptionist was quick to respond and had Brian there within the hour. Despite a series of issues from prior poor maintenance/workmanship that he had to work through, Brian was pleasant and helpful. Since we were from out of the area, we were definitely thankful for the honest reliable service!

We had the pleasure working with Joel who was very professional and went above and beyond and stayed until the job was done. Two days later Soro came to do a checkup to make sure that everything was working great. In the ten years that we lived in the house we had have many different Rooter company's that comes out but none have never found our clean out . Saturday morning we had a major kitchen sink clog/backup. We tried all the usual homeowner solutions, like plunging, boiling water and dawn liquid detergent, and vinegar and baking soda, it would not budge. To be honest, I called 2 other places only to be told me they don't work on weekends!! Isn't that when you need them the most? So I called Elite Rooter Phoenix. Joel arrived a little over and hour later. He did a super job, and was very professional. He tried to save me some money by checking the main sewer tap outside, but that was clear so explained to me what his only option was and the price. I won't hesitate to call when I need them again.

Wow. Truly amazing! Professional and prompt service at a reasonable price. Joel and Soro were out to my house to clear a drain and also decided to have them put some insulation around water pipe while they were here. They were both super helpful and great to work with. Had Soro and Joel here. I just moved into this house and needed to locate the sewer clean out drain so I could drain my pool. They located it 6ft underground dug it up and brought it to ground level for me. They were very professional and courteous and informative. They let me know what they were doing. I feel they were very reasonable and didn't nickel and dime me. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for any plumbing needs. They will be my go to guys before I ever call anyone else.

I had an appointment for Tuesday 9:30 am which I had made Monday morning. I got a call at 9:35am on Tuesday telling me he is on his way because he just got the text. I told him that was a little upsetting because I made the appointment yesterday. Getting close to 10 am and he still wasn't at my home. Called to tell him to forget it and I heard banging/hammering in the background so no way was he driving and on his way. Not a reliable firm. No problem if someone is running late, who know what you might run into on a prior job but this was just plain lying. Look for someone else.

We called Elite Rooter out to our condo complex at around 5 on a Saturday and Brian arrived within an hour. Another plumber had already been called by another owner in the complex and they couldn't fix the problem. In fact, they wanted $900 to remove the toilet to snake! The problem was on HOA property, so we called Elite Rooter for a second opinion. They should have been the first call. Not only were they quick to arrive, Brian was very nice and he really knew what he was doing. He fixed the problem very quickly using the sewer cleanout. The cost was outrageously reasonable. We will absolutely call them again and see if Brian is available.

Soro took care of us we had a collapsed 70 year old Orangeburg Sewer that ran under an addition. He cut a 2 foot square hole in the back patio and one by the house where the cast iron exited and pulled a new ABS pipe shattering the old collapsed line. He installed clean outs and repaired the patio. It was absolutely an excellent job.

I needed my front hose bib replaced. After calling most of the plumbers in the southeast valley the best offer I had was for $250, other offers were to be charged $50 to just come out and give a quote! Luckily I called Elite Rooter before I gave up. They came out the same day for a free quote, only plumbing company I found that would do that. Later that week Michael Chavez came out and had the job done in a half hour, for a fraction of what the other companies would have charged! This company is great, professional, and won't overcharge. From now on when my friends need a plumber I will strongly suggest Elite Rooter. Seriously, I got very lucky by calling this company.
