We used this company for water damage repair work. The service featured pretty much every negative a contractor can engage in: grossly inaccurate estimates, repair time nearly four times stated, nonexistent to abysmal communications, and work that was mixed at best. Some of the repair work was well done, while others were hideous and not up to spec.

We again needed some repair work this year, but went with another firm. Complete incompetence coupled with questionable business practices made it an easy call to avoid the ironically named ""Elite"" crew.

Unknown to us we had a leak under our kitchen sink. First noticed our wood flooring curling up, Elite Restoration was recommended to us by a local flooring company.
Crew arrived the same day I called even though it was late in the afternoon. They assessed the situation, took up flooring and placed fans and filters to dry things out. Went under the house to remove insulation and place fans.
They could not have been any more professional, quick and clean in their work.
Treated me, my husband and our home with respect in every way.
Justin and Bree did a fantastic job. Even came out on Saturday and Sunday to see how things were progressing.
Highly recommend them to anyone unfortunate enough to need this type of service.
