I'm not sure the guys name, but this is the second time my home warranty sent this guy out with this company and the second time it got mis diagnosed or he couldn't get it, so they would've needed to come back out, which the home warranty was not going to cover. The first time he came out, it was for my water heater. I knew that's what was wrong with it, but he didn't have the tool to check it, so he said I needed all new pipes. Obviously the warranty wouldn't cover that, so I called for a second opinion and thank goodness I did, cuz it was in fact the water heater. This time around, my pipes are clogged and he only had a 30ft snake or whatever he used, so he ""couldn't"" clear the clog. They called the home warranty to get approved for a bigger machine and/or to cut the pipe after finding the clog. He told home warranty there was grass and woodchips in there, so cuz that's a ""foreign object"", it wouldn't get covered so they would want me paying out of pocket. I called for a second opinion and the same guy that came out last time for the water heater, came out and cleared my pipe in a half hour. He did not see any woodchips and/or grass. This guy is a joke and does not know what he's doing. I don't like really leaving reviews, but cuz this is the second time with this company/guy...I feel like they are a dirty company and cuz the home warranty will only cover so much, they would rather the warranty not cover so they can charge you a heck of a lot more. I will make sure my home warranty never chooses this company again if I need work done!

Matt is the nicest and most honest person to address our water heater problem. I had other folks out that wanted to sell us a new water heater but Matt addressed the issue to only find that ,for now, it may be just as good as buying a new one. This was an American Home Shield warranty call. Matt drained the tank down to not find much of any sediment, great. He kicked up the temperature control a bit warmer, we are now getting 126 degree temp at the kitchen faucet. Thanks Matt for saving us thousands of dollars. Hot water heater issues in winter with the whole house coughing and ill. Shaking my head- face in hands. Called our warranty company and was actually sent instantly to Elite. Elite set up and inspection two days later. The day of the apt, the apt was moved up due to a cancellation. Hallelujah! Matt came in and was fast, this man is sharp. He moved fast assessing the situation, guessing the issues and then being correct. He explained what happened, why it happened and how to stop it from happening again. He was honest, to the point and presented a plan for our family for the future. Wow ! We got hot water back within hand hour and a half. Thanks Elite and Matt!!!
