Elite Pro Plumbing completed a waste drain re-pipe and a cleanout for her new home purchase. I met him to provide the estimate. He was professional, on time and fairly priced.

He completed the job on time, saved her money by using some of her piping that was still good.

I am writing this review and they are not even done with the work yet. I have nothing but good to speak of Mario and his team. I totally wasn't planning on having the work done today but because they showed up ready to work and their quote unbeatable we went ahead with the work. They snaked and jetted 16 backed up patio drains on the spot. The amount of gunk, debris, and roots that they got out was a surprise to me. They cleaned each one individually.

They are kind and professional. Definitely hardworking and trustworthy. No BS. They originally planned to come back the next day but stayed later to get it all done. I'm so happy to have an honest plumber. I will definitely be calling Elite Pro Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

I was a little nervous at first due to the lack of total reviews (and the large spread of stars), but honestly I have had a great experience with Mario. I had a clog in my kitchen sink and after trying and trying, I could not fix it myself. Mario came the next morning, told me the issue, and said he would have to run out to get a part and return. He came back when he promised, with the part, and showed me the receipt to prove his fair prices.

A few weeks later, I lost water pressure (later to find out this was a separate issue), and Mario came and looked at it for free. He was honest, told me the problem, and was not offended that I ended up using my Home Warranty (due to the fact that it could have become a much more expensive ordeal). I honestly wish I could have used him, because I know my experience would have been much, much better than it was with the company that my Home Warranty stuck me with!

Lucky to find this plumber. Mario provided professional work for reasonable price. Not to mention, he was very patient and honest. Fixing my shower turned to be far more complicated than originally looked like. Before Mario, I had another plumber, who broken my shower rather than fixed, and then just disappeared. Also, communication with this company was easy and clear. It is the best plumber that I found in 10 years of my home-ownership. Definitely, my first choice in the future.

Called and spoke to someone that makes appointments. She took my information down and said someone would be able to come out the next day. The next day came and this same lady calls me and said they have a high priority call meaning (more money) and asks if she can push my appointment back 2 hours. I said ""ok no problem, I will be home."" Two hours pass and the same lady calls me again and says the plumbers cannot make it with no explanation. I said can they come tomorrow? She says no promises but it's a possibility?! lol What kind of business is this??? Bunch of flakes with no sense of how to run a business.

Mario you nor the person that answered the phone rectified the issue. You guys just blew me off and wasted my whole day waiting for you. You did not come the next day or schedule any other future day to make up for your inconsiderate actions. Your response is totally inappropriate.

Great team. Had an area drain that was backing up and if you have ever tried to get a plumber to snake one, many don't. Elite was very affordable and the guys got the drain cleared in an hour. I will be using them again for any additional services.

I am the office manager at Vintage Faith Foursquare Church. Overnight a pipe in front of our church busted and leaked tons of water. We were closed until I came in at 2pm today. I had 10 voicemails waiting from people that called in who saw the leak as they passed by. Also, received a message from Mario & Jose at Elite Pro Plumbing who were passing by and stopped and shut the water off for us! Way to go! Thank you so much for your Elite professionalism.
