Well they came out to repair a sewer leak, and they caused a water leak which went undetected due to the stormy weather at the time. After they left we had no water pressure and eventually the water company came out to tell us we had a leak. A $600 dollar water bill leak. The computer printout showed that the leak started when they were there, but they refused to help at all. They came back out to fix it, said it wasn't their fault and had the AUDACITY to send us a bill to fix what they broke to begin with! I paid them immediately after initial repairs in good faith and this is how they treat their customers. Since then I have heard nothing but bad stuff about them. They sure caused me a lot of problems.

Very professional and provided excellent service. I had a large job to be done and completed it efficiently and price was more than fair. Would highly recommend. Others may bid less but the job Elite did for me was the second time as the first plumber did sub par work causing my current repair in the long run. Thank you Elite.
