Came out promptly to address leaking disposal and toilet issue. It's been a week and they have yet to return a call or return to make the repair. The worst plumbing company I've ever experienced....

Called home warranty and advised our hot water heater burned up. Not the elements but wires from them to the top of heater. They called elite and I got a email they would be dispatched. I called the next morning and got a answer on first ring nice to talk to lady. Said their tech would be by in about a hr.
Tech showed up walked in showed him the hot water heater he asked a few questions about the breaker and how old it was and said yea it's burnt beyond repairs it looks like. Said he was going to make a call and I would hear back in 15 to 25 min or so.
Never called back
warranty office said they never got a invoice for repairs needed and I need hot water I have a special needs kid and cold is not a good option
Wasted a day off from work
Called their office several times no answer
Left message no call back.
So I had it replaced out of pocket no time to deal with a company that can't respond to a customer.
And 2-10 warranty isn't no better.
And now after seeing several reviews that got the same kind of service I can understand now.
No customer service at all.

I was not going to write a one star review. EP came out to fix my toilet with a handle broken. I have a unique toilet and they had to order parts. I called EP and texted the repair person and did not hear back. I reached out to my warranty company and they tried to reach out to EP multiple times. After another "final" attempt EP contacted me and the contractor came out. He replaced the handle which was broken and replaced the flapper. I then called out to my warranty company to contact EP to come out again. Again, things dragged on and then another "final" attempt was made. EP said they did not get the messages from the warranty company. After their last visit my toilet has still ran sometimes after flushing. Once, I noticed the metal chain was stuck on a rubber tube so I moved it. Today, it ran again and I had to jiggle the lever. It is out of warranty by 8 days. I asked if EP would fix it as goodwill they said no they would be working for free. I don't want to go through the aggravation of dealing with EP through the warranty company.

While the people are pleasant on the phone, they are not responsive in how quickly they get back or give you a courtesy update. Also, based on the work quality received for something that a basic handyman should be able to do, I would not recommend them. I looked at other plumbing companies the warranty company uses and they had even worse ratings.

Sadly, I do not expect anything to change with this company.

I have been without hot water for over a week! The warranty company assigned Elite and they came out the same day. The office called and let me know that the plumber would arrive in a plain white truck because his work truck was "in the shop." Once he arrived it took less than 5 minutes for the plumber to say that I needed a new water heater and that since it was a 3 day holiday weekend that I wouldn't get it until Tuesday (9/7). He also mentioned that I would have to pay an additional $680 on top of the money that the warranty company was already paying for upgrades and modifications. I spoke with my warranty company and they said that a new water heater has been ordered and was ready for Elite to pick it up. I have tried contacting Elite several times and no answer. I've even texted and still no response. I spoke once with the girl that answered the phone and she said she just so happened to be on the phone with my warranty company and that she would call me back within the hour. That was 2 days ago. It's now the Saturday (9/11) of the following week and I've been without hot water for over a week. I'm a full-time working single mother of 2 active kids and this is beyond inconvenient...it's wrong! I highly recommend checking the ratings of companies before doing business with them. After reading all of their 1 STAR reviews I would have definitely chosen a different company. ***Their company address shows a neighborhood home, which means that this is a small business. I really hate to write a review on a small company but it is ran poorly and they are getting over on hard working people. I advise you to take your money elsewhere.

I wish there's a 0 star option...because that's how BAD they are. They were assigned through my home warranty for a water heater issue. They came out and took pictures and said it has to be replaced. Then said that they need to call my home warranty and I should hear back 2-3 days. Two weeks later we still got no call back or any update from them. We called them a few times and left messages but they never return our call. Finally we call our home warranty and cancel the work order with them and look for another contractor. Wasted $$ for them to come out for nothing.

Do NOT let your home warranty assign this company. They came out, took a quick look under the sink (less than 5 minutes) and said maybe it's the garbage disposal. Then said I have to call your warranty people and should have an answer for you in an hour. FOUR days later and still no word. They will not answer the phone for me or the warranty company.

So the same thing happened to me as below. They were assign by my warranty company. They never answer their phone. Took two full days to get someone (Brett) schedule for Friday morning. He was suppose to call to let me know he was on the way. Never called. Showed up without the correct tool needed. Said he was going to try and find one but could be the next day. I called the company twice on Saturday to see when he was coming. Never got a call back. He never showed up either. Calling the warranty company again for another plumber and hopefully will not have to pay another fee. Will keep you posted on that. Would not recommend them for any kind services.
