My warranty company dispatched Elite Plumbing to take a look at a smell coming from my toilet/bathroom. Upon not seeing any visual signs of a leak, the tech told me he'd have to do a smoke bomb test but that first he would call the warranty company to make sure it's covered. However, he called them and said he doesn't see any issues. Told me one thing on the phone and another to the warranty company. I've never seen someone work this hard to avoid getting paid.

They were sent out by my warranty company for a leaking faucet in the kitchen and a loose fixture in the master bath. The man tightened the bathroom faucet (10 seconds) and told me they had to order parts for the kitchen. I paid the guy 75 dollars (the deductible) then found out they denied the claim. Elite plumbing won't answer my calls or return the calls. Only use them if you like talking to a voice mail because they don't answer the phone, which BTW is someones cell phone.
