Highly recommend. I created a work request through Yelp. The master plumber responded right away. They were able to come out the next day. Arrival window was from 4-6 and they arrived at 5:30. Our technician worked diligently to solve our problem and was successful. Will definitely use this company again.

DO NOT CALL - WORK NOT UP TO CODE Over the 2021 winter freeze, our hot water heater gave out plus the overflow pipe froze - what a mess. Elite did come out to replace the heater but knew they had us over the barrel - charged $1000 more than any other service ( who were not able to come out over the freeze). We then had another plumber come out a week later to check to see if overflow pipe had cracked - and they took pictures and wrote up an explanation showing how the connections were not up to code ( with a gap so that could leak!), the heater and overflow pan were all banged up ( with the glass insulation of a heater, there could be cracks on the inside), and the overflow pan was not centered correctly - so that if water did come out of the pipe, it would drip down on out floors and walls)!!!!!!!!!!! We are looking into taking ELITE to court for this scam.

NOT a good experience, at all. sprang a leak after the recent freeze and called Elite after the leak detection service found the source. Simple cap replacement behind some drywall which was already partially removed to expose the affected area was required. Plumber shows up (an hour late according to dispatch and text with no call) and has his apprentice take a look. I go upstairs and my wife comes up telling me that this guy wants $400. FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. To remove a less than 1 sq foot portion of drywall, cut a pipe and add a cap. I go down to tell him to get out and his reasoning for the insane price is that he had to "cut drywall and take insulation out". I snapped back that took him all of 4 minutes and he suddenly recalculated the job at $240 which is STILL too much. If I hadn't waited a week I would have kicked him out. The best part of all of this? This guy didn't even have the cap that he needed to do the job. I gave him a spare that I had on hand!!! Otherwise he was about to try to leave to "pick up a part". So if you want a late, dishonest plumber to show up and try to rip your wife off, then call these guys.

When the owner of the company has to constantly reply to poor reviews it's pretty clear that the focus off the company is off. Worry more about the services you provide and your employees and maybe the bad reviews start to clear up.

We had a pipe freeze and burst during the Texas winter storm, but it was leaking inside our living room wall without our knowing about it. We didn't realize it until water started coming up through the floors! Plumbers were in high demand because of the storm, and we were calling everyone, trying to get someone to come out right away, without any luck. When I called Elite Plumbing Solutions, they realized the emergency and came right away and took care of the problem. They did a great job and located the leak in the wall right away and fixed it. They did an excellent job! I would definitely hire them again!!

After the big Texas storm which broke our pipes and left us no water we were lucky enough to schedule an appointment for the next day, or so we thought. After a phone and two texts confirming the appointment no one showed. We texted asking for the status of the appointment and called leaving a message which both went unanswered. We were now behind everyone else trying to get someone to come out and fix the problem. By the time we were able to get another plumber to respond it was 10 days later. That delay along with no courtesy to let us know they were not coming really did a number on us.

Update: As of 3/12/21 we still have yet to receive any type of response back from the company with answers, except for replies to social media reviews.

I called them and they came to my house to diagnose the issue and stated they needed $2200 just to schedule the appointment. Then a week later, on Saturday, they called me at the time they were scheduled to show up for the job and asked if they could reschedule for Monday. At that point I had been without water for 13 days, so of course I said no and they came. They had to cut a small hole in the wall under my kitchen sink to fix the issue. This was such a small job that they had it completed in two hours. Also, let it be known that the days they came out was AFTER the storm. Safe and sun shining conditions. After it was all said and done they charged me $1900 on top of the $2200. Over $4100 dollars for less then 3 hrs of work.. so $1366/hr. I requested a itemized bill to see why it would cost this much. I still have yet to receive a email or phone call for over a week even though I have been calling and leaving messages everyday. How disgusting does a company have to be to price gouge a family during desperate times. We aren't the only ones this has happened to. Be sure to read their google reviews so you don't become one of their victims.

Had several plumbing issues after the hard San Antonio Freeze and scheduled Elite Plumbing for the repair. Communication by Text was outstanding reminding me of the appointment and when they would arrive. Peter and another staff member arrived on time and quickly determined the problem and it was fixed in minimal time.
During a stressful period when I am sure they were overworked and tired they were true professionals. Thanks for the great service!

Being a Veteran myself, I chose this vendor for a quote on a diagnosis of a possible burned out Water Heater heating element. Not only was Pete the first to reply, but was straight forward and empathetic towards the needed hot water in a family home. Scheduled next day morning with a reasonable estimate. Pete diagnosed, and serviced needed part efficiently. Look forward to having Pete and his team install a new unit soon. Five stars are well deserved from this singly mother on a budget. *Mr Pete was very thorough.
