Scheduling an estimate was easy, showed up on time and was able to answer my questions and explain the work well. I got an estimate and followed up via email to get proof of liability insurance. Here is where things went downhill - the response I received indicated that this is something they never provide and was told that ""most plumbers will not"".

Of course I asked the next 2 plumbers I spoke with the same question and was provided proof of coverage no problem.

Kitchen sink was totally clogged and recently installed pipes under the sink were leaking badly. Javonne was very responsive. Snaked the pipes leading to the main line and reused under the sink pipes and properly reinstalled them. Just charged for snaking the pipes.

I was very pleased with the work done by Elite Plumbing. They were VERY responsive- is that ever something you hear about a plumber?? SUPER! I had a leak that was going to delay getting my dad's house on the market. I needed it fixed so the drywall and painters could come the next day and I could get it on the market the following weekend. I had zero time to spare. They came, assessed the situation and fixed it right on the spot. Replaced the shower drain- done. I also decided to put in a new vanity and faucet in that bathroom and they did that too. And here's something else you never hear about a plumber but it was true- reasonable prices! He gave me an estimate before starting any work so no surprises and the cost was more than fair. Highly recommend!
