When I called, Dave said they were backed up with emergencies but could be out the next afternoon. His guy showed up exactly when promised. He quickly located the problem and had it repaired within about 15 minutes.

Dave and his crew do a great job. My house is 75 years old and has had its share of plumbing problems.
