I had a minor plumbing issue that I needed taken care of. I sent a contact message through Elite's web portal at 6:30 in the evening and Michael called me within 5 minutes. Within an hour Michael was at my home and he fixed the issue. The service he provided was efficient, neat and reasonably priced. Elite is my go to plumbing company from now on!

Mike from Elite plumbing Services deserves 10 stars! I had an issue with a leak coming from my Refrigerator water-line. I called over 15 Plumbers early that day and no one was available until the following week or they were closed because of the storm. I ended up calling the A-list, but they could only schedule me for the following day. Well, Mike called me that evening and said he could do the job! Now this is what I call SERVICE! The fact that he called me and said he could do the job before the end of the day just blew me away. He was able to take care of the issue under two hours. In addition also gave me some helpful tips on a different non related plumbing maintance to do. hired them to repipe my tiny, 980 sq foot house.... they left gaping holes, leaks, spilled glue, left a huge pile of trash....4 thousand dollars. They left pipes on the outside of the wall in the bathroom and got aggressive when i complained.

The worst company We have called. To fix our issues. Made an appointment with them and he Never showed up. We Called to find out where he was. He has forgotten about us. Absolutely no call or nothing or apology to us. Do not hire this company. Absolutely Ridiculous and no consideration to other people looking to fix a problem.

Absolutely great service! We had a leak coming from the second floor through the ceiling and could not find a plumber to come out over the weekend or even within a week. I called Elite and they answered the phone immediately. They also happened to be in the area and were at the house within 10 minutes! Two minutes after walking in the house Mike found exactly what was causing the leaky ceiling......something completely different than what we thought was going on. They explained everything about the cause and what they needed to fix. Elite is timely, friendly, and efficient. Definitely recommend!
