hired them to repipe my tiny, 980 sq foot house.... they left gaping holes, leaks, spilled glue, left a huge pile of trash....4 thousand dollars. They left pipes on the outside of the wall in the bathroom and got aggressive when i complained.

I had a minor plumbing issue that I needed taken care of. I sent a contact message through Elite's web portal at 6:30 in the evening and Michael called me within 5 minutes. Within an hour Michael was at my home and he fixed the issue. The service he provided was efficient, neat and reasonably priced. Elite is my go to plumbing company from now on!

called the other day with a prompt return phone call back. Made a appt. the following day showed up and in a very professional manner was able to resovle my issue. In addition also gave me some helpful tips on a different non related plumbing maintance to do. Mike from Elite plumbing Services deserves 10 stars! I had an issue with a leak coming from my Refrigerator water-line. I called over 15 Plumbers early that day and no one was available until the following week or they were closed because of the storm. I ended up calling the A-list, but they could only schedule me for the following day. Well, Mike called me that evening and said he could do the job! Now this is what I call SERVICE! The fact that he called me and said he could do the job before the end of the day just blew me away. He was able to take care of the issue under two hours. Mike from Elite Plumbing is 100% genuine, caring, reliable and efficient. He is all about Service and I highly recommend him! Thank you Mike.

The worst company We have called. To fix our issues. Made an appointment with them and he Never showed up. We Called to find out where he was. He has forgotten about us. Absolutely no call or nothing or apology to us. Do not hire this company. Absolutely Ridiculous and no consideration to other people looking to fix a problem.

The kind of service that used to be the standard. Seems like that level of service is pretty much gone, except with Mike. It's more than that he fixed it. He made it easy for me. My schedule gets me off at 11PM. Who do you know that would meet you that late? Mike and his team, met with me when I needed him. Fixed the issue and even came back to check to make sure everything's working. He's kept in touch with me since and I'll be sure to reach out to him again. He is amazing. He'll take great care of you without ripping you off or running away with your money. Ask him about his family when you meet. He's a proud papa and cares a lot for them.

Very honest company. I called about a water backing up in my condo. They could have easily come out and charged me for their services and i would not have been the wiser ; they told me from what I was telling them they my association would be responsible. I then called my association and they sent a plumber out and I was not charged. Hard to find honest companies like this. I highly recommend. They normally charge $90 for first hour and can resolve most issues in under one hour.
