Elite Plumbing is the BEST hands down! Dom is professional and friendly and does quality work. Before we found Elite, we had several plumbers come out with varying diagnosis and prices, but Dom took the time to explain everything and gave a great price. Dominic is the best plumber that we have ever known. He is NOT inexpensive -- he is a bargain because he values quality, promptness, understanding, and caring. Cheap plumbers do none of those values. Worse, many expensive plumbers cost a fortune in the long run because their work is horrible and their parts are cheap.

Dominic, I appreciate your call re my recent review. I'm sorry but I don't feel like it should be removed. To be honest, I didn't think much of your comment that after you received my call, you were back here within 15 minutes - even though it was after hours. After I explained the problem, I most definitely ""asked"" if you could come by one day next week and take care of it. It was your choice to come immediately so as ""not to waste your time coming next week.""
I think I've written enough....I don't want to re-hash things. The problem wasn't caused by me and I was disappointed with your attitude about correcting it.

I've used Elite Plumbing for several years now. The first time Dominic came out it was a small job so he asked me if there was anything else he could do while there; there really wasn't but I appreciated that he wanted me to get my money's worth. Another time he installed a new toilet for me. Today I am in a different home and am renting; the owner has a warranty. Dominic stopped by almost immediately after I contacted him about my broken flusher and checked out the situation and suggested a couple of resolutions. When I asked my landlord what she wanted to do she reminded me about the warranty so I couldn't use Elite Plumbing. I told Dominic the situation and offered to pay him but he refused. Always trustworthy and just so nice and honest. Highly recommended!
