We have used Dominick and elite plumbing services a couple of times. He's busy, so scheduling may take a little while. But he's knowledgeable, quick at work, comes with the van completely equipped. We will call him again.

I contacted Elite Plumbing based on their stellar YELP reviews. The owner, Dominic, returned my call the same day to schedule an estimate the next week. After the estimate I scheduled the work to be done.

I needed a water faucet moved from the side of my home to the front of my home. I also needed my Culligan water softener relocated about 7 feet closer to the front of my home.

Dominic arrived promptly at 8am in a new Merc Sprinter. I was really impressed with this vehicle since I'm a car collector. Dominic explained the large truck holds more equipment than other commercial vans. The inside did, in fact, have an abundance of shelves filled with new stock. It was all clean and incredibly well organized. It's like a rolling plumbing store. Wow!

The work was completed in about 3 hours. Dominic did a great job to explain how he would proceed with each step to confirm I was happy with his plan. Everything was done in a professional matter with a great attention to detail. I was doing another project in my back yard so Dominic had to listen to my obscure music - he told me we share the same taste in music - nice.

Lastly, Dominic explained to me that he comes from a family of tradesmen. My dad was a union laborer/carpenter so I could relate. He's built his business from scratch through sheer hard work and determination. We laughed at the fact that we both started hard work as young teens and it defines our character. Even though we just met I felt we had plenty in common.

If you want to avoid large plumbing companies and use an independent competent professional plumber contact Dominic at Elite Plumbing Services. You'll get your job done and then you'll have a personal plumber you can call in case of emergencies.

Lastly, my air conditioner died this week of 90 degree heat. All HVAC companies were booked solid. I was driving a hour each night to stay at my girlfriends place with a/c. I contacted Dominic and he informed me that he does not do a/c work. However he referred me to his friend who does a/c work and he fixed my a/c the same day. I'm writing this review in my cool home office. That was the icing on the *review cake* !

He works with the customer to determine exactly what the need is and recommends products that will perform best and will last. I just had the kitchen sink & dishwasher re-plumbed and a new garbage disposal and faucet installed by Elite Plumbing. Once again Dominic and Michael did an excellent job at a reasonable price and they were very nice, prompt and easy to deal with. It's kind of like having two nice brothers, who also happen to be expert plumbing contractors , working on your house. Plumbing issues are no fun but I felt well taken care of by this professional company with a heart.

What an amazing plumber experience. All of a sudden we had a leak in the kitchen so we needed someone fast. Dominic answered the phone and set up an appt quickly and came on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. He recommended a good course of action for a very reasonable price. Dominic is willing to go the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy 100% with his work. Even though there was a scheduling mistake he still managed to get out the same day and diagnose the problem. We decided instead of just re-seating our existing toilets to have them all replaced at the same time. He advised me it would be cheaper for me to purchase them from Home Depot so i decided to go that route. He came out the next day (today) and replaced them all. He was extremely apologetic for the scheduling mistake and also gave us a discount as an extra sorry. I won't hesitate to call again when we need a plumber.

I was excited to work with them after speaking on the phone, but on the day they were supposed to come and assess/give an estimate...total no-show. No phone call either. I was very disappointed and had to take vacation time from work.

First off, Dominic saved the day. My wife is pregnant and our water heater went out and after trying to trouble shoot it myself, I called Elite plumbing and Dominic was able to stop by same day and fix it. Because it was an older model I was concerned that the parts would be harder to find but he was able to find what I needed and fixed the hot water heater. He was personable, honest, and made sure it got done right. I will definitely be calling him again if I have any other issues I can't solve.

Wow, I couldn't have asked for better service. I went with Elite Plumbing because of the great Yelp reviews. Dominic is punctual, friendly, professional and HONEST. As a woman, honesty is something I look for when it comes to services that aren't stereotypically run by women. Because of my overall distrust with some services (car maintenance for one), I attempted to solve my clogged kitchen sink problem myself. Dominic gave me a discount since I had already disassembled everything, saving him some time. He pointed out some problems in my pipes and explained everything clearly. He's definitely my new plumber. Do give him a call!
