My water heater was leaking yesterday morning. I called Elite Plumbing. Dominic was doing a job in the area and said he could come over in a half hour. He was here just like he said. He gave me a very good proposal for a new heater and said it would be installed the same afternoon. True to his word, the heater was in service by 3:00PM. The quality of his work is excellent. He used all new supply lines, shut off valve, gas line, seismic straps and insulation. He works quickly with a great attention to detail. The job was completed perfectly and everything cleaned up. Dominic is very professional and answers all questions in a positive manner. I recommend Dominic and Elite Plumbing very highly.

We first had Elite Plumbing come out about three years ago to replace a hot water heater. Dominic was able to come out that same day we called, and even made the time to do it after normal working hours which was a huge relief since we were without hot water. Dominic is a really friendly, really smart guy. I really should have written this five star review back then.

Today, I called because the pilot light went out and wouldn't reignite. Dominic answered, and like the last time he was responsive, friendly, and willing to help. Dominic correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone, and showed up later on in the day with the parts he needed, and got us back up and running.

Home repair stuff is usually pretty stressful. Elite Plumbing is great and takes the stress out of it. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal service... Called Dominic with a fairly urgent request and he rearranged his busy schedule to fit us in. Showed up when he said he would - gave us a reasonable bid based on somewhat complicated fixes.... Completed the work quickly and very professionally and within the quoted price.
