We were very, very pleased. We needed a water line for the ice maker for a refrigerator that was being delivered in a few days. Dominic was able to come the day after we called, he kept his appointment on time, and he did excellent work and cleaned up after. He offered us 3 possible solutions to choose from and told us the implications of each. The work was done quickly and looks very good. And the refrigerator has been making ice just fine. We intend to have Dominic back for a few more repairs.

I called Elite on the recommendation of the plumber we used last time we were in need of help (Roman's Plumbing, they were booked!). Dominic was able to stop by and asses the problem within a few hours, and because I had to leave for work soon after, he fit us in the next day to fix it. That afternoon he was running late, and I appreciated the call to let me know that so I wasn't waiting around for no reason! The pipes under our sink were not installed correctly by the previous owners, and because he had to remove them to fix our problem, he replaced and installed them the right way for free.

Dominic came through again, on a Sunday no less. My mother had just arrived for a week's stay when I realized there was a problem. Dominic was there within an hour of my call and fixed the issue right away. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

High quality work, very fair prices, someone who goes the extra mile and is fun to have around--what more could one want in a plumber? Dominic re-routed our laundry plumbing to accommodate the larger size and limited choices found in new washers and dryers, and everything fit perfectly. He even showed up days later when the appliances were delivered, and helped the less-skilled installers understand how to make the tight space work.

We'd just bought the house, and the inspector had highlighted a couple of drainage issues that I didn't understand. Dominic walked through all of this with me, explaining simple fixes that will take care of the issues, and suggested I wait a bit (since it's not raining) and meanwhile collect any other plumbing issues, because it will cost less if done on the same trip. I appreciate the good thinking.

What else can I say other than Dominic (the owner) is the nicest, most professional, no none sense plumber my husband and myself have ever worked with. He did a pretty involved job for us under our kitchen sink and he was in and out of there in about an hour and a half and the bill was more than reasonable. It's nice knowing we have an awesome and trustworthy plumber we can always call on.

I highly recommend Elite Plumbing. Dominic the owner has helped me with 2 different situations (bathroom and hot water tank) and he is thorough, professional and has great customer service. His original quote is what his final bill was - no hidden charges. He gave me a time frame in which he would be done with the project and he was correct. No rush, no fuss, no mess. There was even an unusual way my shower arm was put on and he sent his distributor a picture to see if they could find something to make it look better! He came back the next business day to fix ugly shower problem (at no extra charge) and it looks awesome. I especially appreciate him giving a call when he is on his way as most companies give a 2 hour window and its always a guessing game on the customers end as to when someone will arrive. With Dominic you know when he will be knocking at your door. If i have any other plumbing issues, Elite Plumbing and Dominic will be my first and last choice.

If I could give Elite Plumbing Service 6 stars I would. The owner Dominic came out on time. He called to let me know he was on his way. When he showed up he was well dressed and clean. I don't know about you, but I don't want some dirty plumber at my house with my wife and kids there. He was well received. Our sewer was stopped up. He gave us some explanations about what it could be and then proceeded to start snaking the line. He worked pretty hardcore getting the line clear. Turned out we have TONS (seriously) of roots growing into our lines as evident from what he pulled out for an hour! He charged us a great competitive fee ( I got 5 estimates) and cleared the line. He offered different repairs that may need to be done in the future but DIDN'T push for anything now. He warned us casually that we would need a repair in the future, maybe even near future, but no scare tactic here. I would recommend (and will) Elite Plumbing to my friends and family. I love it when I get to write a good review!

I highly recommend Dominic for any and all plumbing services. Dominic is very knowledgeable, efficient, communicative, honest, immaculate, and prompt. He is very respectful of my home, uses care in all of his work. Dominic is a very smart evaluator and he will bring all situations up to proper code. His prices are fair and itemized clearly so no confusion with billing. Dominic is a true professional, he has turned, what could have been plumbing nightmares for us, into well managed and corrected short -lived projects.
