We recently asked Elite Plumbing Services for water leakage problem at our rental home. They sent a technician to the house the second day and checked everything carefully. They then reported to us what they found in detail and quoted a pretty reasonable price. The job was done beautifully. I would say that they are professional, honest, competent. In the future if I have other plumbing problem, definitely I will use their service again!

He answered the phone immediately, helped walk me through a few things over the phone to assess what needed to be done, and was able to come out same day. Our 6 year old tank water heater broke and flooded our garage the day after Thanksgiving. Of course most people weren't answering their phones as I called everyone I could find on google in a panic. They updated me twice on their ETA and arrived pretty much on time.
Francisco was both polite and efficient and left both work areas clean.
Quality of work was excellent. But not being familiar with normal rates for plumbing work, I cannot comment on value.
