Consumer BEWARE very irresponsible company, waited 4 hours for them today, never showed up, never called, i had 3 septic tanks for them to pump, i guess they don't need the money.

I contacted Elite Plumbing for a water leak from behind a laundry closet wall in a highrise unit in Brickell. They were able to coordinate the necessary paperwork required by the condo association and inspected the unit shortly after. They removed a portion of the drywall and felt certain the leak was originating from another unit above. Shortly after bldg maintenance was contacted and they confirmed it was from an AC leak from the upstairs unit. Professional and courteous, I highly recommend.

The MOST unprofessional company we have ever come across. Everything started with one of their so called """"technician"""" coming to my house on a Monday to inspect my water heater. After he was done inspecting my water heater he determined that it had to be replaced, that night we have no clue what he did but we didn't have hot water. The """"technician"""" mentioned he was going to put in the order for our water heater to be replaced. We called two day later on Wednesday since we hadn't heard back from anyone. A customer service representative name Makaila in the Authorizations department told me that the order had been sitting on a desk for now THREE DAYs and that """"SOMEONE FORGOT TO PUT IN THE ORDER"""". I asked her that day over the phone to please put in the order that we had an infant in my house. She told me she finally put the order. Thursday comes around and two super unprofessional non-English speaking """"TECHNICIANS"""" called me to ask for directions because they had been lost for a while looking for my house. Once I gave them directions while they argued with each other on the phone with each other and finally show up to my house. This two """"technicians"""" show up with a gas water heater when clearly my water heater us electric. They obviously can't do anything so they leave. AGAIN I have to call this company so they can fix their mistake. Its Friday now and they finally show up with correct water heater which they installed and left without waiting to see if the water heater was working. They told me wait 45 minutes to see if it works and left. Which I find horrible on how you can so a job and not wait to check and see if it was done correctly. They also left the porch water running which we came to realize on Saturday morning after going outside and seeing a huge water puddle. Which one we get our water bill at home for this month THEY ARE GOING TO BE COMPLETELY RESPOSIBLE FOR OTHERWISE WE WILL SEE EACHOTHER IN COURT. They didn't even call to follow up and check to see if things were working how they should be. We kept waiting to see if we would get hot water. When we finally called they were closed and kept getting their answering service on the phone telling us that we have to call on Monday. On our second call I told the answering service it was emergency and that we have an infant at home and our water heater still not working properly. I guess she finally got in touch with someone name TONY who called us back and sent out some OTHER """"TECHNICAIN"""" name MOISES who did ABSOLUTLY NOTHING and just left. LONG STORY SHORT today is Monday May 1st and we STILL DO NOT HAVE HOT WATER. We have a brand new water heater at home and it does not work. We have been calling all morning to see who is going to rectify this issue.

I had a leak and surmised it was my water heater. I found Elite plumbing in The Flyer, Moises came out within 2 hours and it was a Saturday. He spoke perfect English, a big plus for a gringo in Miami! He found out the leak was my air conditioning and called his buddy who came right out and fixed my air. Moises told me that as my water heater was 25 years old he would advise me to change it. He wasn't pushy at all and was not going to charge me for coming out even if i didn't decide to change it. I took his advice and on Monday I got my new water heater at a fraction of the price that my neighbor had paid to someone else 2 weeks prior to this. Moises had a helper to carry the old heater down the stairs and bring the new one up. He left the technician to do the actual installing and my only complaint was the the tech didn't speak a word of English. That being said all is well and the Price was right. I would highly recommend this company.

Honesty is hard to find these, couple that with hard workers and you find a nearly impossible match here in South Florida. Unless you're talking about the team over at Elite Septic & Sewer. I own several units and have had problems in the past that have been patched up by shady plumbers looking to make a quick buck. Not this time, having myself a bit of knowledge due to these experiences I reached out to Moises and his team. Lo and behold his expertise was without a doubt extraordinary! He came out to inspect what I already knew to be a problem and found an even bigger problem that could've made a huge mess in the future! He took care of me and my family, good looking out and here's to continued business!!

I had a pipe burst under my kitchen sink on a Saturday night. I was really upset because weekends are the worst time to try to schedule a service. I called Elite plumbing and they answered right away and said they could send someone that night. They replaced my pipes under the sink and I was able to finish my dishes and run the dishwasher. The guy was very nice and over a month later everything is working great. I live in Miami Beach and my condo checks to make sure everyone is licensed and insured.

Elite Plumbing Septic & Sewer, i can not stress this enough what an amazing service !! The girls in the office are so polite and professional, and the plumbers are the best. the service was the best I have received. don't waste time looking else where to give them a call also they are extremely affordable !

Very unreliable. Moises was supposed to come out on Saturday. I called earlier to verify that he was coming and he sated that he was very busy with another job but that he would come (which was already a bad sign since he had not called me to alert me that he would be late). My apt was for 12:30 he never called never came. Wasted my Saturday waiting. I wish these guys would understand that the rest of the world has a million errands to run on our days off and that a lack of reliability on their part translates into disruption and stress in our part. Would not recommend this business.

Our septic tank was full and plumbing did not work at all. Moises came out right away and was very nice. However, he ended up charging us $0.42/gallon and estimated our septic tank was 1,300 gallons. The cost was $546 plus $50 to get to the septic tank access point. The total was $596 (plus tips to the 3 gentlemen who did the draining. They were very nice but spoke no English whatsoever. I asked Moises why the price was so high since the last time I had my septic tank drained almost one year earlier, the cost was $350. He said that due to gas prices, the price had to go out. I found out a few days later from a reputable septic tank company that our tank could not be bigger than 1,200 gallons and that the going rate is between $315 and $350. He took advantage of our emergency situation and we will never call them again.

this company basically unplugged my toilet and charged me $675 which is really outrageous . don't use them. They're such a rip off they're there to steal your money.
