Awais visited our place to fix the running toilet tank. It was a hard fix due to ledge on top that made it harder to access. Awais did an amazing job even though it required replacing the tank internals including old rusted nuts and bolts.
The communication was easy (via yelp quote), and the quote was reasonable. Highly recommended!

Our hose bib sheared off sometime after 8pm, and we had to turn off the water to the house. I called Elite Plumbing and Rooters, Awais answered and asked me to send him a picture for an estimate, and then Awais and another man arrived within a couple hours to save the day. We had a gas leak in the underground pipe in the home and Awais came in and has done a great job in diagnosis the leak and replaced the pipe. After replacing the new pipes, he went above and beyond to perform the diagnostic test again to make sure everything is working properly. His estimate was very fair and he's my goto plumber for any plumbing related issues going forward.

Our toilet in the ADU did not flush. Awais came to us very quickly to help diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, our toilet was not an easy fix. Awais used two sewer snake machines, still couldn't solve the issue. He was very responsive, patient, and hard-working! It turned out to be a sewage pump problem. He came back for another trip just to test the pump and take down the part information. The price is reasonable. The only thing I wish could be better is more transparency in the labor and parts. Awais is a plumber who will not leave the problem unsolved, even it is a complicated situation. I will definitely rehire him next time! Thank you, Avais!

our water heater started leaking this morning and I quickly went to Yelp for help. They responded within minutes and was able to come in the same day on a weekend and save the day, efficiently replaced our water heater. quick turn around. friendly and explained things well. did a quick clean up after the job was complete, and left the area clean. overall fast response and efficient service for a reasonable price. would recommend!

I called them late on a Saturday night just in case They could do an emergency diagnosis.

I changed my kitchen disposal unit and was running into issues with the kitchen faucet pressure. I called and explained the situation and they instructed me what I could do over the phone.

I looked at the kitchen faucet with my new information and was able to find the problem. They saved us a lot of time, money, and anxiety from just a bit of information over the phone for no cost.

For someone so generous, I really appreciate the help they gave and if I run into a serious plumbing issue in the future, I hope I get the pleasure of doing business with them.

Absolutely do not look anywhere else! Awais installed a new bathroom vanity sink and faucet. He was great the first time he came out and told me exactly what I needed. He was very honest, and extremely well priced for the work that was done. I was quoted WAY more by other companies- and they were picky with what they would and wouldn't do if it was ""too much work"". Awais was open and willing to do whatever needed and was extremely professional throughout the entire experience. He was also the most responsive out of all the companies I contacted.
