We knew the original plumbing of our house needed attention, and, abruptly we were faced with an incoming main line leak that necessitated turning off all the water.

After doing a bit of research Giovanni contacted us to schedule a bid. The process was very efficient and we were provided with a number of build options. The ultimate plan we settled upon was one we hadn't thought of as an option and are very thankful for the patient conversation in getting us to this point.

Roll forward one more day, the entire line was replaced, we had clean/new 1"" copper installed that improved the overall water pressure and had hot baths that evening largely thanks to David's tenacity, which didn't let up even during bits of rain.

Great first impression and quality work

I had an emergency situation at my family house. I was no available but my tenants were.

Awais was the ONLY person to respond to my yelp requests with a human message and a over the phone diagnosis. Everyone else wanted to come and do a ""free consultation"". Not what I want to hear when it's an emergency and water is leaking. The problem was exactly as he thought which made things go extra quick.

My tenants said he was ""Fast. Efficient. Clean. He cleaned up after himself and was very nice."".

His phone number is now in speed dial just in case I need a professional. Highly recommend.

This is a long over due review, but better late than never. I needed to move my backyard faucet to meet a requirements from PG&E so it's not too close to the electrical panel. The water pipe was located in a hard to get to spot, and Awais had to change out some of the old galvanized piping. Awais provided me a fair estimate and completed a difficult job with quality and professionalism. However, what impresses me more is that he stands behind his work, so even though there was a minor leak several months after the initial project he was willing to help me fix the problem free of charge. If you are looking for a honest and professional plumber, Awais is your guy.
