It started with the washing machine overflowing. David & Joe did a thorough inspection and showed me how the 60yo pipes under the house were a disaster... leaking both water & sewage!! They provided three options and worked with me on pricing. They completed re-plumbing the entire underground piping in 2 days, cleaning up everything.
They are polite, thorough, nice folks. They did exactly what they promised and showed up on time. They even stopped to play fetch with my dog! Definitely a 10! Would highly recommend (and, no, they didn't ask me to do a review).

Both bathrooms flooded at the most inconvenient time, so I went on Yelp and requested a quote to clean out the drains. It was very convenient on Yelp because several companies messaged back but Awais was the first to respond. I needed same day service which he provided within 2 hours! Very friendly and knowledgeable! We had a slow draining Laundry Tub in our garage which would back up when the clothes washer emptied or we ran the disposal in the kitchen sink. Awais and Mohammed were very responsive and professional and were able to finally clear some roots which were clogging the kitchen/laundry drain line. Very glad I called Elite Plumbing!

We got a clogged kitchen sink and could not do any dishes. So the next morning I called around to various local companies to have them clean out our clogged sewer line. Awais was the only one that could come out that day to take care of our problem. He kept me informed of his arrival time as he had other appointments that morning. He showed up, took off his shoes before entering our home, checked out the situation and immediately went to work. His first attempt was just short, as in his tool was too short. He called his assistant who showed up within minutes with a rooter that could cleanout the line for about 50 feet. Took care of the problem. They did a very good job of making sure they did not make a mess and were out of there within an hour. Real reasonable cost and a 30 day warranty to make sure that took care of our problem. Long story short, I had a laundry drain that got clogged up after washing some dirty rugs. I was able to set up an appointment with Awais and he came through within a couple of days. Even though we didn't fix the problem the first time, he returned again to see what more we could do. We ended up having to go on the roof and snake it through the vent up there to fix the problem, but we got it done. It's been about 2 months now and I've done many loads of full laundry without any issue.

One cool thing that I liked about Awais and this company is that they stand by their work. They offered a 30 day warranty if my problem wasn't fixed the first time, which they honored. I only had to pay extra because we had to go on the roof, and even then the price was pretty reasonable.

I contacted Awais when we had critical plumbing issues at 7pm. Awais answered quickly and showed up before 8:30pm and got everything fixed in 1.5 hours and charged us a very reasonable price.

Super service. Had a leaky Grohe shower faucet that required a cartridge change. Problem was the faucet was old with spare parts not convenient to get and many plumbers I called didn't want to or couldn't take the job. But thankfully Awais agreed to come on short notice. Because the faucet was so old, it was darn near impossible to remove the old cartridge. But Awais didn't give up and found a way in the end and successfully completed the job. Amazing attitude and never give up spirit. I definitely recommend him if you're looking for someone reliable and honest!
