I had a clogged kitchen sink and Awais was able to schedule me the following day. He arrived at our agreed time and even offered to take off his shoes when he noticed we don't wear shoes in the house. He fix the clog with ease and would definitely call him again for my other plumbing needs.

I contacted this company to put in a new water heater. A few weeks after they installed it I noticed that they had left a gap with the pipe coming out of the water heater to the ceiling. Which I knew wasn't right. We had P. G. and E come out to look at it. The P.G.and E worker told us gas had been escaping into our house because of this. When I told the owner he needed to finish the job he refused. We had to have another plumber come out to finish the job. I would suggest picking any other company over this one. Left my family's health at risk, unbelievable.

We had a leak from our garbage disposal unit that spilled onto the floor and reached out to Elite Plumbing to come look and determine the fixed that was needed. Awais responded within 10 minutes of the inquiry and we set-up a time to meet the next day and he arrived within the time frame agreed. He inspected the issue and explained what the problem was and gave me my options and also provided options in case different scenarios happens. In addition to explaining the issues, he also showed me the issue as well and walk me through the problem and how he would fix.

He did a great job, fixed the issue within a reasonable time and was respectful. Will definitely use Elite Plumbing again for any plumbing issues.

I have waited almost two weeks prior to posting this review because the leaks were intermittent.

Service was prompt & professional. The parts were replaced and tested without a hitch. The potential repeat of our problem -leaking toilet bowl & valve- was resolved with a flow up adjustment with no added charge.

I will be using their service for all future plumbing needs.

First time calling a plumber to unclog my sink, usually I can do it myself but I lack the necessary tools to do it. Luckily, Awais and Mohammed was quick and efficient on getting to my house to unclog it! They are a couple nice guys and I highly recommend them if anyone needs a plumber .
