They came out on Jan 6th via my home warranty company. Spent all of 8 minutes making an assessment and told me I would hear back in a couple days. It is now Jan 22nd and I found yesterday they failed to submit report to my warranty company. Real professional. I'm about to call them to see if they did what they were supposed to do yesterday. Honestly surprised by the good reviews for this company. They treated me like warm garbage. First they lost the email from my insurance company authorizing them to come out. Then they told me ""oh, I'll get authorization to replace from the insurance company first thing tomorrow.""
They didn't start until two days later.
Then they wouldn't return my phone calls and I got to return to old-timey dishwashing by heating water on the stove.
Then they missed their appointment window by an hour and half because they were picking up the replacement parts (that they told me they had picked up the day before).

I have never felt so lied to and disrespected. If you had to heat 12 pots of water to wash in a luke warm bath, you'd feel the same.

When they finally did show up I just wanted them to get out. It is galling to be forced to pay money to a crappy company because your insurance company picked them.

We haven't been able to use our toilets, showers or sinks in several days. We are working through our home warranty company and they gladly answered the phone for them and said they would take the job. That was 2 days ago. I called and left voice messages twice yesterday to try to get them scheduled. I called this morning, several times in a row to try to get through to a human with no luck. I am not sure how they can say they provide emergency services 24/7 but never answer the phone. I had real hope that they would be able to help us. We will never choose to use their services.

UPDATE: My home warranty called them and left a message. I received a message from them & a visit same day. Quality work once they arrived. If they can get their phones worked out, then I would consider calling them directly for needs in the future.

Great guys that were professional and driven to get results. I had a backed up toilet that wasn't a simple fix. They needed to come back the next day with bigger and better tools to get the job done. But they did and as a result we are in great shape in our master bedroom bathroom. Will definitely use this team again should I have any plumbing needs!

Came via my home warranty company. Had water backing up into tubs and toilets not flushing. Came at the beginning of the 4 hour window. Came in with their snake and was able to clear the blockage quickly and efficiently. Even answered some general plumbing questions I had. Very friendly and professional.

Mike, from Elite Plumbing & Remodeling came to the house to repair a leaky faucet, broken flapper in the toilet tank, and install an air gap for my dishwasher. Mike was friendly, honest, and professional. He installed a new valve for my faucet because he saw the old one was not going to be good. I appreciate his thorough job! I will use Elite Plumbing & Remodeling again, and recommend them.

Mike, from Elite Plumbing & Remodeling came to the house to repair a broken sprinkler line in the front yard. He was on time and drove a van with the company logo and info on it. Mike was friendly, yet professional. Was dressed well in a shirt that represents the company. Mike got right to work, fixed the line and left the area he worked on filled in and nice! I will use Elite Plumbing & Remodeling again, and recommend them.

I absolutely refer this company. They do great job without trying to overcharge you. Be sure to talk to them before you hire anyone.
