This is information about the very poor service offered by ELITE PLUMBING OF THE TREASURE COAST. The owner, Jason Riley, just came by my house to check out our faulty water heater. After looking at it, he announced that it was broken and in need of replacement - but that he would not do it because he was """"too busy"""". He explained that he had lot of work from contractors, and simply had """"no time"""" to attend to our problem. Upon which, he turned off our water, packed up his tools, and left. He left a family with no water heater, and no water. Share this message so that other families can be aware that ELITE PLUMBING is not a trustworthy plumbing service.

I needed a new Moen kitchen faucet as the old one wouldn't swivel anymore and the temp control was way off center. Jason came out the next day as promised and said that Moen would replace it with a new one. I called Moen and they sent some parts to repair it, but when Jason arrived to install them, he said this won't fix it so HE called Moen and after talking to a supervisor, I was sent a new faucet and only had to pay a small shipping charge. He did a temporary repair so I could use the sink until the new fixture arrived. When it arrived, he came out promptly and installed the new fixture. I heartily recommend Elite Plumbing for fast, knowledgeable plumbing work. He made a total of three trips to my house, but only charged me for 2 service calls which included the installation and phone calls.

Great customer service. Called for a small job and Jason had someone out next afternoon right at appointed time. After looking at issue, he called me and laid out a couple options. Was honest and straight forward. Didnt push for the more costly repair. Very happy with Elite.
