Kenny and his team are the best! They've fixed up several plumbing issues in my condo, some big and some small. I trust them to do the job right and I really appreciate their professionalism. I wish all contractors operated by their standards!

Wow. I called them on Monday and got the owner who couldn't have been nicer. He told me that he and his wife treat all their customers like family. As a retired senior widow I felt relieved that they would take care of me. Today one of their plumbers arrived on time and I showed him the area that had been leaking but wasn't any more. He couldn't have made me feel more uneasy with his attitude. Informed me after peering at it, coming inside, looking at my new water heater that he would give me an estimate in 5-10 minutes. Went to his truck and announced that I needed all new plumbing. Totally redone. This is a mobile home not a pricey home. On his estimate there were no measurements or breakdown of labor and parts. Instead the total cost was $5460 which was actually not the cost because then it was listed if I paid cash $5185 and if I paid with a card $5735. I told him thank you for coming out but no way. I then called Heavenly Plumber who sent someone out. That plumber knew exactly the problem. My water meter was not spinning because there was no leak. Instead it is either an issue with the meter itself or the mobile home parks section of piping. That plumber from Heavenly was truly sent from above because he also talked to my park manager on the phone and explained it all. I want to say to all you single, senior citizens to spare yourself from being distraught with Elite. I cried after your plumber left. Go with Heavenly because not only are they honest but kind as well. I have no doubt that new plumbing would be nice and this old home doesn't have newer pipes but you need to have some empathy for us older folks on a fixed income. Family? My family doesn't treat me like this. That plumber had to know that with my tiny mobile I wasn't prepared to pay them over 5 grand.

Had a serious leak on our main pipe in front of house. Needed fixing ASAP. Elite came out same day. Did the work for $100-$200 less than the other company I called. Very professional, nice and friendly. Will call again if we are ever in need!

Bottom line...excellent. They were the only ones who responded on a late Monday night. Came in Tuesday, identified the problem and fixed it by Tuesday night. Great service, very knowledgeable and EXTREMELY NICE and a VERY reasonable price. Will be calling them again and recommend them to all.

I had an old water softener in my recently purchased home. I requested that Kenny look at it for service. Due to the age of the water softener and customers experiences with water softeners; he suggested a whole house water filtration system. The initial cost was more expensive than the water softener and other options. However, the long term costs and benefits made the water filtration system a better option. Kenny did an excellent job. He was also extremely professional. I would highly recommend him.

I put in a request on Yelp to have plumbers contact me about a clog. Kenny responded quickly & seemed very professional. Kenny said he felt running the snake from the roof was our best option. He also stated he does not feel it's right to charge for a camera to be run after the drain is unclogged. He offered to come out within the hour for $550. He was going to have to come back the next morning anyways since his other guy had the camera. We said we would just wait until morning. It was so late (10pm) The next morning Kyle arrived promptly at 9am. They were honestly the most prompt plumbers I've ever met. I showed Kyle where to access the crawl space to get under the house. He chose to just run the snake from the front yard. Kyle never did go onto the roof or under the house. He did eventually break the clog loose & proceeded to clean up. I asked for the camera footage. He did not run the camera. I asked him to do so. He then ran it but, I do not feel it was ran properly as his diagnosis was not accurate. It also took him less than 5 mins to run the camera ... I didn't think much of it since Kyle said I did not need the footage. This was Thursday morning. On Saturday my husband took off to replace the section of pipe that Kyle said was wrong. We ended up putting a level on the pipes, under the house. The angles were accurate. I called Kenny to ask for the camera footage that we should of received when Kyle ran it. Kenny was a bit upset that we were not given that footage when we paid for the job. It's also my experience that snaking the drains from the roof is twice the price, I was however ok as long as it was completed. Here we were on a Saturday trying to fix this issue but we could not get the footage we were promised. Kenny said he did not have the camera, it was in Kyle's truck & he was off for the weekend. This is the reason I did not give 5 stars. We had to delay repairing the pipe due to Kyle not completing the job as promised. We had to wait for Kenny to retrieve the camera on Monday. Then he showed up on Monday. The diagnosis Kyle had given was not accurate. Unfortunately we wasted a weekend & canceled a job that we had scheduled had Kyle done the job properly the first time, we wouldn't be in that predicament. It's my opinion he either didn't know what he was looking at or he did not run the camera & just pretended he did. Kyle said the cast iron was in good condition. Kenny said it needed to be replaced. Kyle said it was the angle of the pipe. It was the size of the pipes not matching up. Kenny however crawled under the house, ran the camera & discovered the issue. It was nothing at all what Kyle said but, at least he stood by his service & came back at my request. This is why they received 4 stars. Tbh... Kenny deserves 5 stars & Kyle deserves 3... I have already recommended them to a few people. My only other observation is... you might need a second camera to keep on the bosses truck. Twice we needed it & it was on the other truck. If you're running a camera for nearly every job, it might be a good investment to have a back up. In closing I do recommend Elite Plumbing. Kenny is the owner & he stands behind his work. If something is not right, Kenny does what he can to make it right. If you're in need of plumbing repairs, I highly recommend Elite Plumbing.

They responded quickly and completely the job quickly as well. Fixed the issue and the Plumber was very professional and friendly. Only issue is the job I had ended up being very minor. Roughly $50 part and 30 minute job for about $430 dollars. Feels kinda expensive for what the job was. I didn't price shop plumbers so idk if this is actually expensive for replacing a tubs cartridge ‍ But results matter in the end and they were friendly and fixed the issue

We had a drain pipe burst underground in our tub. After getting a quote from another company, I called Elite plumbing and Kenny immediately returned my call. He listened to what I was quoted and gave me an awesome price. He even stopped by our house on his way home and checked out the situation. He understood our concern of only having one bathroom in the house and made room in his busy schedule to get us in. The next morning, a respectful young man named Kyle came out to the house and immediately got to work. He did a fantastic job and was finished in a timely manner. We are even using them when we are ready to convert our tub into a shower. I highly recommend this company. If I could rate them higher, I would. Thank you Kenny, Kyle and Elite plumbing!!!

I had a bad water leak outside the house. It was pinpointed by a leak detection outfit. I called around for a plumber but was disappointed with the quotes and sales job I received. I Yelped and received a few responses. Kenny actually gave me his phone number in the message so I called and he came out immediately. I had already dug out the ground and could see that the repair was going to require a pair of good hands due to the location. Kenny gave it his full attention and spliced the break. It took two hours but the job is now complete and no more leaks. Nice job Kenny. See you next time.
