If I could give 0 stars I would. A complete rip off. $375 for a clogged tub that took them 15 minutes to fix. Wow. I won't be calling these guys again. Ever. NoPe.

There was 3 things they did right. 1. Answer the phone. Although not professionally, he did answer. 2. Showed up when he said he would, even though he was slightly early, it's better than being late and 3. Came with Marcus, who was professional, helpful and did the job!

Now everything he did wrong!
1. Showed up to my house at 8am dirty and smelly. If it was 5pm I'd make allowances...but at 8am and you smell as if you've been unwashed for the last 5 days quite frankly, I have a problem with that.

2. After I showed him where the problem was (a clogged bathroom sink) I left him to determine the price and within 5 minutes I hear him gagging like GAGGING! WTF Obviously, there is something gross clogged in my bathroom sink.

3. Affrim slowly makes his way out of my house to leave Marcus to do the job alone. BUT, before he leaves he stops on each floor gagging and grossing everyone in the house out! I had to yell at him and say IF YOU'RE GOING TO THROW UP TURN AROUND AND GO INTO THE BATHROOM.

4.He leaves the house while Marcus does the job however, with the distraction of sir gag a lot - He never did tell me how much the job would cost. So when the job was done and I asked how much he responded with $285.00!!!! That's TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FIVE DOLLARS TO CLEAN HAIR OUT OF A BATHROOM SINK.

So not only is Affrim dirty, smelly and weird. He is also conniving and a rip off artist. I would have been better getting a neighbor to come in and do the work. I am so disappointed. I was definitely taken advantage of. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Elite is the worst. We needed pipes replaced in our kitchen, they came in 4X more than their competitors and charged $80 for for the estimate. There was no mention of this when we scheduled.

Needed a drain cleaned. Steve and Sergio came over within a short time of being called. They worked quickly, and cleanly. Their price was reasonable.
