We hired Jason Vlicky of Elite Plumbing to replace a bathroom faucet in July 2019. He is everything you want in a tradesperson!

First, Jason is a great communicator, both over the phone and face-to-face. Very prompt and friendly.

He is a skilled (licensed and insured) plumber who knows his craft. Complications outside of his control arose during the process, including missing parts from the assembly we had purchased separately. Jason kept us updated, presented options, and efficiently worked around the problems.

The job was completed with respect to our home, without damage to existing or new materials. Jason answered our questions and provided helpful tips for the future. He cleaned up thoroughly and is the tidiest worker we have done business with.

Finally, Jason's pricing is fair and his cost estimate was accurate.

Several months have passed without issue. We will not hesitate to hire Jason again!

We've used Jason several times over the years for four houses, old and new. He's our go-to guy for all plumbing issues. Prompt, dependable, honest, reliable, reasonably priced service and ACCURATE diagnosis and repair. We always trust him to do right. And he's such a pleasure to deal with. Don't hesitate to use him.

Had a leaky toilet tank. Wanted someone local, and I saw this plumber in my neighborhood so I called and left a message. He responded right away, and although busy with other large jobs, found the time to come and replace some parts, and fixed the problem. Courteous, friendly, and refused to take payment up front. He wanted to be sure there were no other issues, and billed me afterwards. Doesn't advertise as word of mouth seems to keep him quite busy. Highly recommend!

I have used Jason at Elite Plumbing for years. I recently had to have a major problem taken care of and Jason, as usual, returned my call, assessed the problem and was here at the appointed time and day to resolve it. I highly recommend him.

Jason/Elite Plumbing has been a lifesaver more than once over the last 10 years.

First, when we bought our fixer-upper a decade ago, we were deep in the throes of a kitchen remodel when the original plumber flaked out mid-job. Our contractor was scrambling, trying to figure out a replacement, but at a loss, given the timing. I reached out to Elite since they were local. Jason came out, fixed some of the other work, ran the gas lines for our stove and worked with us through completion and inspection certification, doing an awesome job at a fair price.

Since then, as other jams have come up over the years (I mentioned it was a fixer-upper, yeah?), Elite is my go-to. I'd recommend Jason and his company to anyone.

I have used Elite plumbing since their inception. Hands down the best! Not your typical plumber.. Clean, conscientious, diligent and spectacular work. They are extremely dependable and prompt in returning messages and above all well knowledges in the trade. Highly recommended!

In general, when a plumber has to return to fix something they caused on he prior job, presenting a bill is bad form.

Hired to fix an improper pipe connection. In the process, they cause the wax seal connecting the toilet to leak into the basement. Called back to repair the damage THEY caused. Present a bill for $154. Seriously now, they broke it and want client to pay for damage they caused. The house has only 1 bath, so why are the folks to do.
