I'm so glad I found Elite! I had a issues with our kitchen sink overflowing and water was not going down even after landlord's son tried to fix it. They then sent Richard out. Richard arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and fixed my plumbing issue. He kindly explained everything he was gonna do to keep me in the loop and made sure I understood what he was doing to my sink. He was very patient with me and understood my situation with my tenant/landlord issue and helped me out as much as he could. Their price was very affordable that my landlord agreed to pay for it. I was surprised! Richard even laid down a protective cloth under my sink and onto my kitchen floor so he won't dirty my place - that was a plus! He was very careful with my sink and quick to fix the issue. After snaking the pipes, my sink was clear again! I couldn't have asked for a better plumber than Richard.

Two days later, my laundry was overflowing with water (pipes are connected to the kitchen sink). I called them immediately to let them know what happened so they can fix it. I assumed it was something Richard did that affected the other side. No problem, so I called them back to let them know and Richard came back on his DAY OFF! Turns out it wasn't his fault at all! This was embarrassing for me because I honestly thought it was because Richard did something to affected the laundry but it wasn't. Richard was SOOO incredibly kind to still help me diagnose the issue. Turns out a rat or something bit the laundry machine's plastic water release pipe. I WAS EMBARASSED that Richard had come out for something that wasn't even his fault. He kindly helped me cut off the damaged part and quickly repaired it for me as a courtesy. I was beyond appreciative! I'm not gonna lie, i was on the verge of tears because I was stressed out about the issue and I thought Richard was gonna leave me stranded with a laundry issue, but he didn't! He saved me once again and I'm beyond appreciative! Richard is so kind and compassionate and likes to help others. Don't let the big guys scare ya, he has a heart of gold.

Thank you Richard and Elite for going above and beyond for my son and I. We are forever grateful! Will be using you guys again and make sure we pass on your company info to our friends and family. You've earned yourself a a loyal customer =)

Great experience with Elite Plumbing. Richard was very helpful and informative about the issues with shower drain. Very quick and professional service and the owner even gave me a discount because they weren't able to come a couple days earlier. That's customer service! I would highly recommend and will use Elite for any other plumbing issues I may have.

Richard came & got it done! He was nice and explained everything prior to starting. As well as while he was doing the fixing he was explaining what he was doing. It was a cast & easy process as well as gave us a courtesy heads up of stuff that might need fixing in the future. They accept card/cash/check which is nice! Highly recommend our service was a flat rate of $250 for sink repair plus other things I don't know about LOL

This was the only company that gave me a great quote for my clogged bathtub and with in the hour the had come in and fixed our clog. We tried getting quotes from other rooter companies but they where to expensive and they wouldn't be able to come the same day much less with in the hour. I highly recommend them. 2 guys came out today and I explained to him the issue of my sink had been clogged could be a couple of cars my kids through down the drain and that my husband tried a snake already.....long story short he tried the snake went down 15ft ""stuck"" then he explained that he would have to replace the p-trap etc labor and materials comes out to $250 so I had to pay him $250 just to replace a damn p-trap when the issue I really called for was a problem in one of the pipe fittings under the house smh He stated his labor to go down the house to fix the issue would be an additional $1,200 something gtfoh!! Bye!

Picture this:

You've just come home from a long day at work. You just used the toilet and get ready for a shower. You look in the bathtub and what do you see? Brown water.

No one wants to see a bathtub full of brown water.

...that was around 11 pm last night. I contacted Elite Plumbing through Yelp and got a reply within an hour or so. The next morning they called me to set up an appointment and Richard was on-site by 10:00 am. Pretty quick right?

I told Richard my story and he got to work assessing the problem. First, he put on those shoe covers to not get my place dirty. Small detail but it shows how considerate he is. He concluded, and showed me through a camera, that my problem was a classic one: root intrusion. My trees provide shade, they look nice, and add to the world's supply of oxygen. But, they also love my pipes I guess, which is no bueno for me. The universe must maintain a balance.

Also, my place didn't have a sewage cleanout (old house). Richard gave me a fair price, I accepted, and he got to work. By the end of the day, my problem was solved and I had a sewage cleanout. Moral of the story? I don't know but if I have any more plumbing/water issues I know I'm calling these guys. Quality!

I submitted a request for a plumbing request through Yelp. Elite plumbing responded with in 30 mins and we able to come the next day. They came during the time frame they said they would be there. They explained the problem and were able to do the work the same day. They were reasonably priced for the work and did they work in a fair about of time. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they didn't completely clean up after themselves.

Excellent service and very friendly and professional. Robert fixed my jacuzzi tub. The motor was not working and he knew exactly what was the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. Highly recommend and will use again.
