I called on a Sunday a couple of years ago and they sent out their guy covering the weekend. He snaked the mainline, the snake got caught and he had trouble pulling it out. Once he got it out he told me the line clear and he told me that his boss was coming with the camera so they could do a complementary camera scope of the entire line. Suddenly the owner arrived in his brand new Range Rover wearing fancy shoes, with the camera. It was suddenly doom and gloom and he insisted we needed to hydro jet the line for 550.00 and the line was suddenly backed up again. He said we needed to excavate under the house and replace the mainline too. When my husband walked away the owner says to the guy who was working on my drain ""come on man, can't we give her a first time customer deal of 450.00"" This was the owner asking his worker that! Doesn't the owner set the prices?? The owner told me they'd be there a few more minutes and I could let them know but remember it's Sunday and they close soon. I let them go and had my normal plumber come out the next day. They snaked the line for 150.00 and all was well years later.

Called Elite Plumbing because they are a local company and close to home. Richard arrived in less than 2 hours and cleaned out our drain quickly and efficiently. He explained the entire process and gave me some tips to help improve our drainage.

Hydro-jetting was an expensive option, however with my older house and pipes it was the best.

I would definitely recommend Elite Plumbing to all that are looking for complete professionals in the business.

They charged $4000.00 for clearing a outside drainage and the job lasted two weeks, they even offered financing. They promised to return and help if any problems. After two weeks the sewage was backing into the tub and they refused to help.. the finance company they referred us to was apologetic and appalled but could not help. We had to find another honest reputable plumber to do the job correctly. Also at the time they are using someone else's license. Not their own. Elijah refused to back up his promise after only two weeks and $4000.00

My bathroom's bath tub/shower needed a new faucet assembly and shower head. Richard did the job. He did a good job. The job was tricky. Several things could have gone wrong. The old faucet assembly and shower head was barely in good-enough shape to allow the job to be done without too much demolition. With patience and problem-solving skills, Richard got the job done for the regular price. The job could have ended up requiring that tiles on the wall of the shower be removed and replaced. Richard got the job done without having to replace any tiles.

Now I need him to replace the old worn-out and leaking gate valve, which is the main shut-off for the house. My toilet also needs a complete overhaul.

I rarely have the need to call a plumber and was concerned when I turned to yelp for guidance. Elite plumbing had good ratings and reviews for the most part so I took a chance. From my first conversation with Elijah setting up the call to the actual service call that was performed by Richard. the experience was better than I had agonized about. Richard was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and conscientious, and he was good at communicating the basis for his estimate. Although my initial thought was that the estimate was on the high side, I chose to trust my instincts and allow this provider and Richard to perform the service that I needed. Richard followed through as promised. I've found my go to plumber and intend to ask for Richard, should I require service in the future.
