I was in need of a plumber to install & connect faucet & a few other things. I found Elite Plumbing in Whittier online. I called and a technician was able to come give me an estimate. Ramiro came and saw exactly what needed to be done. I was given an estimate & we agreed to have the work done the next day. It is now 30 min late from my appt , so I called the office. They now told me the price has changed because of the faucet installation. I told them that Ramiro saw & knew what was needed. My price was $375...now went up to $650 but would knock off $150 for their miscommunication. I am very
disappointed with this company and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone!. I felt they are scamming me. Their own technician came and saw.

I had concerns about my old under slab sewer lines. I wanted a camera inspection to see the pipe's condition, and to have the pipe sprayed with epoxy coating to prevent decay. Mike explained the process and coordinated the team. They had Eli descale the build up inside the pipe which revealed 3 holes. Eli patched the holes, and spray coated the epoxy. He then uncovered holes under the kitchen wall, which could not be patched and had to be replaced. By digging under the wall, Mike saved my kitchen. Greg came last to patch my concrete walkway once the giant hole was filled in. He matched the color and pattern texture. All the personnel were pleasant, knowledgeable and very neat.

Richard arrive on time and with all the need equipment to fix my tub. He was professional, very nice, and was upfront with prices. I'm saving their phone number for all my future plumbing needs.

Thank you Richard and Elite Plumbing. We had issues with everything draining extremely slow. Come to find out it was a broken sewage pipe.
