After reading the favorable reviews here on Yelp I called Elite Plumbing because I suspected that I had roots!
After his inspection, I asked for proof of these roots like an x marking the spot or some photos and he refused to do this for their original quote! Their technician wanted to add $100 to the quote because I was using another plumber to remedy the root problem! This should have all been explained at the time I was given the quote not afterwards when I was expecting another amount! The good news is that they didn't charge me anything for the inspection with no proof!

Now they are calling and threatening to put a lien on my property because I wouldn't pay an additional amount to see the video of the roots! They want me to pay $250 for their worker to tell me that he saw roots but give me no proof unless I pay $350!

If you take the first three letters of Elite you have Eli. He was our plumber. He fixed our drain and the flow is the best it's been in years. He is punctual with great customer service skills. He explained everything to us and was neat with his work and clean up. I will use Elite Plumbing from now on as my previous plumber served our home for 15 years. I will welcome Eli anytime in my home.

I had a leaking water heater that I was trying to get taken care of as soon as possible and Joseph and his crew were the first ones to come out and take a look at it. I would say I'm relatively inexperienced when it comes to home repairs and they seemed knowledgeable and efficient, so I let them take a look at a few other items that needed repair. In total, they changed out my leaking water heater, attempted to snake my main sewer line, and fixed a leaking sink.

I think they did efficient work, but I personally would not use them again. First, I understand I was in an emergency situation, so the price was the price but it was definitely steep. They also left without turning my water heater pilot on, which I didn't realize until the next day and a call to another plumber. Finally, Joseph assured me the water heater he sold me ""was from a plumbing supply store and not something you could get from a big box store."" I checked the model at a later time and it indicates it is a Lowe's exclusive.

Overall, Joseph and his crew can do efficient and good work for you. You will just have to do your own homework on pricing and be more prepared than me to push back. I like having an honest plumber who's opinions I can trust, so they were just not a good fit for me.

Emailed through Yelp for a quote. Our business AC drain lines were backed up. They came out 2 hours later and gave us a estimate. It was VERY reasonable & had them do the work.

Couple hours later and 3 drains from the roof cleared.
Elias was very nice and quick.

These guys did great work at my house. I called them for what I thought was a simple snake but ended up being a much bigger problem that they diagnosed and fixed.

They tried just about everything to clear my mainline before having to dig in the ground and pull up my wrongly installed system. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would for sure call these guys again. Thanks elite, you saved the day for us!

We had garbage disposal and sink issues. Joseph quickly identified the main problems and fixed them in a reasonable amount of time at a very reasonable cost. I don't trust many auto mechanics or plumbers. You usually feel like they're trying to make up problems or trying to suck more money out of you. I never felt that with Joseph. He's got my business going forward. Now, can anyone help me find a trustworthy auto mechanic?
