This is a Class A operation. If I could give them ten stars I would. We had a water main replacement that was urgent and couldn't wait. Ryan, Elite plumbing's owner, came out in the middle of a job to offer a quote, and did the job that very same day! The pricing was more than reasonable, and the service was priceless. Their team worked until late in the evening and did an outstanding job. The cleanup was thorough and they were extremely courteous. Highly recommended. We finally found someone that we wouldn't hesitate to call again!

EXCELLENT communication and service scheduled everything through email and then they reached out to me via text the day of.

I wanted to get an electric anode rod replaced in my water heater since they are supposed to be replaced every 3-5 years but the electric rods last up to 20 years. I didn't want to take off time from work and they booked me for an evening appointment between 6-7 pm on a Friday.

The tech showed up right on time and got to work. The procedure is relatively simple but if you run into a snag getting the rod out then it can be time consuming so I didn't want to mess with it.

Less than an hour later he was done the cost was $250 which is inline with the range I was seeing online for what people paid with other places.

I saw a wasps nest on my front porch as I was paying the invoice with the tech and he went to his truck and got some wasps killer for me to use.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Local plumbers, came within 3 hours of my initial call. Ryan was courteous, knowledgeable, and got right to work. I had a water tank fully replaced within 6 hours of making my first call. Parts and labor warrantied for 6 years. Also, incredibly reasonably priced. Won't ever call a different plumber...the Baltimore area is lucky to have him!

Ryan (and Ashley) is an amazing person and then an awesome plumber! When a simple plumbing call turned into a major issue that started outside, Ryan used every tool to find it. It turned out that the lawn company my HOA retained ran over the drain access pipe in my yard, making it my issue. Ryan and team came out, moved the shed, dug up the ground - digging so deep that he disappeared from view, replaced the dirt, moved the shed, then added grass seed to the yard to look like it was never touched. You can't see the results on the outside but our family is more than thankful for working plumbing on the inside.
I will recommend Elite Plumbing over and over again. What you'll get from them is the meaning of their name... the best!
