Ryan (and Ashley) is an amazing person and then an awesome plumber! When a simple plumbing call turned into a major issue that started outside, Ryan used every tool to find it. It turned out that the lawn company my HOA retained ran over the drain access pipe in my yard, making it my issue. Ryan and team came out, moved the shed, dug up the ground - digging so deep that he disappeared from view, replaced the dirt, moved the shed, then added grass seed to the yard to look like it was never touched. You can't see the results on the outside but our family is more than thankful for working plumbing on the inside.
I will recommend Elite Plumbing over and over again. What you'll get from them is the meaning of their name... the best!

Elite were always responsive and helpful. I did not call Elite first and found out first hand not everybody answers the phone every time or even cares to help you out. Ryan almost brought my antique hot water heater back to life, but when it finally kicked the bucket he spent the next 24+ hours making sure the replacement was received, installed, and ready to go. He also went above and beyond cleaning up and topping off my water treatment system. We even talked options for when my other dinosaur of a tankless water heater needs replacement. I will only call Elite next time.

The valve stem for the hot water tap to the bath tub broke, which allowed the hot water to flow out of the faucet uncontrolled. The valve stem was made of plastic and pretty old so I wasn't surprised when it broke. I put the word out on Yelp and I chose Elite Plumbing. Even though they didn't come out when promised it didn't bother me because they sent a tech out the very next morning. My issue isn't with the work that was done, it's with charging me over $400 for less than 45 minutes of work and one part. If I could have found this part, I could have replaced it myself. That's how easy the fix was. However, when I contacted Elite about the charge, I was told it was a flat rate whether they were there one hour or 4 hours. Fine, but this should have been communicated to me BEFORE they came out. If I would have known, I would have looked for other options. So far, I have not been contacted about trying to make this right. I'll update if they do.

On a Sunday afternoon I noticed my water heater leaking...after doing some quick research I called Ryan at Elite Plumbing. He came right away, replaced the water heater quickly and at a fair price, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I would absolutely recommend him!

This company is great! I would highly recommend them to anyone. I had an emergency and the owner called me from their vacation. I was shocked. She scheduled a plumber to come out the next day.

Jeremy came here and worked a solid 7 hours to resolve my problem. He was thorough and fixed the problem and the price was lower than I expected.

This is the second time I have called them and both times there were fantastic!

An extra shout out to Jeremy, he is really wonderful, polite and worked hard to get my pipes cleared and cleaned everything afterwards.

Clearly I can't say enough about how great this company and their staff are.

Elite plumbing & Home service is a great company and my go to company for all my plumbing needs. Jeremy my plumber today took the time to answer all my questions and took the time to remove a rod that some neighborhood kid dropped into my pipe through a cracked cap. Trust me you will not find a more honest company that is not over priced.

So I cannot say enough about Ryan of Elite Plumbing. First off, of the 20 plumbers we called late at night that claim to be 24/7, he's the only one that actually was. He's the only one that returned our call at 11:00 pm AND offered to come out at that time to assist. I actually told him no and we could wait until morning and there he was when the sun came up! Efficient, courteous and a local guy building a very customer focused and honest business. I've told everyone I know about him today. I cannot recommend Ryan enough and am so happy that quite by accident I stumbled across ""my plumber"" from here on out. Do yourself a favor and support this local young man. It's a win-win, believe me.

This place is fantastic. He completely remodeled a bathroom for me. He was quick, fairly priced, cleaned up thoroughly and was polite and respectful. The bathroom looks amazing! I will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone!
