Chris immediately responded to my request to fix my heater, which had stopped working. It was 26 degrees outside. He examined the heater, and diagnosed the problem quickly and professionally. His charges are fair. Highly recommended.

I have been using Chris for several years and have recommended him to friends who are very pleased with his work. He is honest, very reasonably priced and does excellent work. He actually charged us less than his quote to install a water heater because it was easier and took less time than anticipated. Another time the furnace was out in my rental and it just needed a quick cleaning and Chris didn't charge me a dime because it only took a few minutes. I'm not sure what the issue is with the other reviewer, but it doesn't sound like Chris at all.
