Glenn and his team are incredible. Over the summer, my air conditioner died and Glenn came out on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend to replace it. His price was incredibly fair and his work was great. Another time, we had him out to install a backup sump pump. He explained our current setup to us, showing that we already had a back up in place. He was our second quote for that job, the first being from Levine and sons who tried to swindle us into buying a new system for a few thousand dollars. Today, Glenn came out to install a common wire in our nest system and was able to complete the job quickly and for a great price. This company is honest, their work is great and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My experience with Elite was the absolute best ever! I have always dreaded calling for repairs and now I'm happy to have found Elite! They came out to repair my water heater with short notice and provided super service and very fair prices. I'll definitely call them again for my HVAC and plumbing. Glen and Nick are awesome!!

I called to get a quote on winterizing my loft above my garage. The lady sounded unfamiliar w the job. So I said ""sounds like this isn't something you guys are familiar with I appreciate your help mam, thanks have a great day, goodbye"" she then clicked the phone. Didn't say "" thnx for calling in"" or say ""goodbye"" .... I tried calling her back to ask her why she hangs up the phone w out saying goodbye. She wouldn't answer my cell phone bc she thought it was a worthless call... So I called her from my work phone and she answered and laughed at me and was sarcastic and rude. Based on the lady at the front desk this place is unprofessional and let's their employees get cocky w potential customers . I would never do business with people who's workers hang up on customers then get cocky attitudes with them when it's addressed.

Elite Plumbing is the best. Glenn is such a great testimony to his profession. An HONEST guy and one of the kindest people one could ever know. He takes his role seriously and does not try to sell you anything you don't need. He is thorough, prompt, and just an all around nice guy. He is training his employees to work the same way, too. Any service that I have had them do, they were nothing but professional and trustworthy.
