I had a major plumbing problem in my house on a Friday night at 8 o'clock. Sewage was backing up into my basement! My home and business in jeopardy. I called Elite plumbing. Chuck was on site at 830. He not only cleared the clog, but cleaned up the mess! I have had this problem fixed before by other plumbers but the problem always reoccurred. The following Monday Chuck returned and installed a new drain line and solved my problem permanently for a very reasonable fee. I received prompt service, a reasonable fee and a permanent solution. How could any plumber be better?

Very happy with the work and customer service. i will definitely use them again. Decent price and professional work. You may have to wait because he is busy and emergencies take a priority.

Just wanted to let you know what my experience was like!!! I lost access in my bathroom sink a few days ago, but luckly I had water flow in the shower/bathtub and kitchen!!!! The plumbing service was contacted by my landlady to fix the problem. Yeah, My appt was @ 12:30 noon which I had arrange with the owner. In actuality the arrival time was between 10-15mins late w/o a curosity call!!! I had phone them to find out what was going on. This was my vac day and I had juggled things around so that I would be present for appt!! Yes, we all round behind, but customer service goes a looooong way! Was not please with the attitude and overrall service! Yes, I now have water, but would have passed on contacting this service! I had to ask for a business card, what the problem was with the sink and what the solution would entail. And to top it off left the floor dirty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I'm glad I asked for a business card!
