In the middle of summer in Vegas, when our a/c unit went out & thankfully it was Elite that I happened to call. Not only did they respond quickly and were professional and honest (which are characteristics not usually associated with a/c companies) the owner of Elite was so compassionate and understanding when I said I just couldn't afford the cost of a new unit. With Elite's help and a few payments, we were cool again. Every year, they call to do a seasonal check up and maintenance on the unit to keep it running for many years to come and now 10 years later I wouldn't think of calling anyone but ELITE for my a/c and heating needs.

Called me an hour before asking if someone would be home by my appointment time. The techs arrived on time and Thomas and his associate was able to get the job done in an hour and a half. They made sure everything was working before they left. Would definitely recommend this place

What they mean to say is that they will service you unless you have home owners insurance. In that case the guy told me he wouldn't even come out to look at my house. Awesome. Who doesn't have home owners insurance? That guy was soooooo rude on the phone both times I called. I literally don't know how they have anything above a 2 star rating on here.

Have been using Elite for many years; loyal customer! They contact me to remind me of checkups to keep the a/c in tip top shape, and provide excellent customer service both on the job, and on the phone! They've been very helpful over the years in providing an assessment and in doing some upgrades to keep it operating smoothly. No hard sales here; just honest, down-to-earth friendliness!

Recently called Elite for a diagnostic check of my A/C that was struggling to cool the house below 80 degrees during a stretch of days with highs above 115.
They answer the phone 24/7 and are very responsive - you will get help anytime. The office girls that answer the phone are polite and friendly.
The $39 service call fee is reasonable , can't complain about that.
Here is my problem: I decided that I would prefer to replace my 25 year old unit rather than invest in the old unit I currently have. Their tech Richard came out and quickly said I was low on R22 refrigerant and that I have a leak. The refrigerant is quoted at $180 per lb (this is high, most of the outfits are charging less) and I have a leak that would cost $850 to trace. He did offer some inexpensive options to get the unit blowing cold air quickly, so I'm happy about that. When I turned the conversation to purchasing a new unit and getting an estimate, I mentioned to him that a friend of mine had worked with the owner Armando in the past on a new unit and I'd like to discuss the price with him. Over the course of about a week I negotiated on the price with the tech Richard , but was never able to get any response or callback from the owner Armando - I get it, its their busy season. My issue is with that they never even spent the time to do a proper load calculation of my home and pushed a 4 ton unit when in fact manual J 8th edition indicates I need a 5 ton for energy efficiency. I also did not get a complete estimate outlining the parts to be replaced including model #, part #s. That makes it impossible to compare apples to apples pricing. They did reduce the price on my initial estimate and attempt to seal the deal , but the service I received from another Trane authorized dealer, Aloha Air Conditioning, was superior.
Elite is on the lower end of the price scale. However, if you want to speak with the owner, he will probably ignore you as he did me. The technician was mostly helpful. The process and options weren't always clear because I did not get a complete itemized estimate emailed to me - just an overview. All in all, they are decent company.

Called them at 4:30 in the morning. Ken arrived at designated time and troubleshot the problem, quickly. Had to replace the system,but it was done the next day before noon. Had to endure the high temps for only 1 day. Fellow neighbors have waited for more than 3 days. elite have the unit needed on hand. Makes for faster replacement. If I had any suggestion, it would have to be for their clean up. I found 4 screws from the units on the garage floor after they left. My tires would not have like them. Other than that recommend them wholely.

They were recommend by a neighbor. We had a couple small.plumbing issues..they called to see I was home to move up apt..we weren't..but I called when I returned home.. They called as soon as on the way. Sorry dont remember his name..he was friendly and very professional.. Very happy with this first experience and will use them again if any issues come up.

Our air conditioning went out at 11pm, called them at 7am, got an estimate between 12-2pm that they'd be able to come & came at 11:30am & knew exactly what to do & was done within an hour which was great. Put in a new digital thermostat no problem. Best customer service, very informative & helpful. Answered all the questions with such knowledge. Extremely impressed with the service by Ken. Thank you.

Do Not bother with this company! They didnt show up for a scheduled appointment! Really. Unreliable and one of there top techs left for another company.
