I was getting a water softener installed for our home in Fontana. Before contracting with Elite Plumbing and Drains, I did my due diligence to get several estimates. What I found is that Elite Plumbing and Drains had the most competitive price in comparison to other estimates that I received.

Our service technician, Jorge Nunez, did an amazing job with the install. He was respectful of our home and made sure to clean any debris that was left over. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. Jorge made sure to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that we received the highest quality of service. He checked to make sure our drain is live prior to the install and addressed a reoccurring leak to make sure it got resolved. He notified me prior to doing anything invasive such as drilling a hole for the overflow drain pipe. He also asked me if the installation was meeting my expectations as it was progressing along. Jorge always showed up within the promised timeframe. Very professional service and certainly exceeded all of my expectations.

The service provided by Elite Plumbing and Drains is by far the best contractor experience I have had since owning a home, much better than dealing with the painters, pest control, and electrical contractors that I have dealt with more recently. I think this is driven by employing quality level technicians like Jorge and ensuring that your company upholds a high standard of work. Therefore, good work on part of the leadership team and good work to the technicians in field.

I called Elite Plumbing because our regular plumber ignored us after a drain fix that started backing up again. Richie showed up earlier than expected and got right to business.
I felt pretty dumb when he showed me it was just hair that collected in the new drain plug. Fixed in less than a minute.
To my shock, Richie didn't charge me for the visit. He only requested good word of mouth to others. Richie, you got it! (I did give some cash to get him some food or something nice for the wife)
My word: Elite plumbing is fast, friendly and now on my speed dial for all the other tenants in the building. That level of genuine care is rare and I appreciate it. Elite Plumbing seems to be a great place to work if their employees are that cool. I might need to apply. Haha! thanks again.

Elite Plumbing and Drains came to my rescue within a few hours on a Saturday to camera my sewer system to figure out why our plumbing backed up. Although it wasn't great news, they were able to resolve the issue enough the same night to allow us to continue use until their return on Monday to do the big repair. The entire team went out of their way to make sure everything was fixed and in working order before guests arrived for my son's wedding. They replaced my main clean out and the line all the way to the street. They even increased my pipe to a four inch pipe to allow for better flow. My yard was dug up, work done, and everything back in place with a two days; the extra time was for correct compaction and relaying cement. A big THANK YOU to Everardo and his crew!!They were all wonderful and did an amazing job. Much appreciated.

Just wanted to take time so if anyone is looking for plumber, definitely would recommend this business , I called late Friday afternoon and they came to my parents home and took care of problem and they even showed me what the problem was, also if you want to know about the pricing very reasonable

They ruled out external sources of water which narrowed the leak to within the ""box"" around the spa. They were very thorough and answered questions well. I highly recommend them! While they weren't able to fix the problem, they clarified the issues surrounding it.

Richie did plumbing work for me on a multi unit home. We ended up having to re-pipe both units and install new waterless tanks! Richie did a wonderful job with staying in communications with myself, the tenant, and the property management company. he also was flexible with scheduling.
