I used this man one time to install a new built in dishwasher and for that experience he was friendly and very welcoming as we had just bought our home which he told me is just across the backyard from his sons house!
I tried to be helpful but he broke his multi tool and told me that he might have to leave to go and get one, but I hade a brand new SOG multi tool still in the box and offered it to him to get the job done! He kept it, by the way! I hope that he has got a lot of great use out of it! He hotwired my electrical hookup and I asked him about the messed up pipes under our sink, as I was raised by a licensed plumber and contractor, I then found out that he was the one that installed it!
I actually was going to give them a second chance after all his son is my neighbor, so I called regarding an estimate for the installation of a water treatment system ,
the son told me that he would have his dad call me about it, but he didn't!
I actually called again, mind you There was a good year between me calling, with no reply, each time, but after 3 calls and requests, still no call back! If I could have I would have given them 0 stars, but you cannot! I do, You get 0 - stars for your pitiful service!

Woke up this morning with water all over the floor. Our hot water heater went out. They came very quickly and fixed the issue. Very quick and professional. I was back at work by noon. I would definitely recommend them.

The first two experiences here were great. However, I called to have my broken water pipes fixed. It was fixed but a few hours after he left it burst again. He could not tell me where it burst. He advised me that I needed to insulate the pipes. That is partly why I called him. He wanted to charge me a second time just for showing up. Nothing was fixed. He said it was too cold to fix it.

My uncle who is having health issues was utterly screwed by Vincent's company. They did work that wasn't approved, and it was done poorly. The shower valve they damaged fit a large hole in the shower....they decided on their own accord to pick a new shower valve from Lowe's. The new valve doesn't fit the old hole, and the vale wasn't even properly installed. He couldn't produce a receipt to even try to return the valve Vincent's guy destroyed or he installed a bad valve. He charged us $350 for a valve Lowe's sells for $170. Then he taxed us on the 350$. He then charges $550 in labor for this. Keep in mind this was done on his own accord. The valve he removed is worth 5-800$. The one he ""installed"" for $1k is worth 170$, and this is by no means installed. If you see Vince, don't walk away. Run. Quickly. His only response was to make a trailer park patch to hide the silver tape he thought was ok to do. Oh and charged $99 for ""parts and misc shop supplies"". So ridiculous.

We've had the folks at Bonito River Services do several jobs (small to very large) at our home in Alto. From the time you initially call the office, to the completion of the jobs, all the employees are super professional and very, very courteous. Their work is excellent, if there are any residual issues that may come up, they're quick to come back out and address them, their work is first rate and I won't use any other vendor than Bonito. I'd give them 10/10 stars if I could. Our latest plumbing issue in the home was handled by Arthur & Chris and even though they had to make several trips for parts and equipment, they stayed on it and got it done. Can't say enough good things about them and Bonito. Ruidoso and Alto are lucky to have them.

Arthur and Chris were sent to investigate a plumbing issue. They resolved the issue and also went above and beyond in making sure we understood how to prevent the same issue in the future.
