I had a huge leak from my water heater. It looked like water was running out of a faucet. He educated me on what things to shut off. The leaking stopped. He fit me in the same day and discovered that the pressure relief valve had failed. He replaced it. Also, he found the gas igniter was not working. He replaced this as well. Ryan was real quick to respond to me whenever I would text him and kept me informed of his progress. I had to leaky faucets and some plumbing issues in my kitchen. Ryan took care of everything and was very polite professional and Pleasant. I will definitely use him again.

I was told a plumber would be out to home in the morning. I called at noon and was told that he'd be at my home between noon and 3 pm. I called at 5 pm because he didn't show or call. His phone number could not receive messages as his message space was full. After several calls, I gave up trying yo contact him at 7:30 pm. I'm so disappointed in this plumber, as he has yet to contact me, and my kitchen sink is overflowing.

My insurance company sent him out to repair water leak. I had told them it was just outside our garage about a foot down. We had already dug it out. I think it might have been caused from a recent repair up above. Anyway my regular plumber was on a lengthy job out of town. Ryan came out took a pic, did not even check it out further as there was a little water in hole. He said they would probably not pay for it due to being outside and we wanted it repaired at our cost anyway if that happened. He was supposed to be there bright and early next morning. I had to give him a check before hand so he could have the number to give to insurance co. Thought that irregular, but maybe true. He never came back the next day and kept putting me off. By late afternoon I he finally took my call and told me they would not pay. End of story, he just did not want to do it I guess. He deposited my share of cost of $75.00 to come out take a pic, really? I think he never intended to come back. Still waiting for refund from insurance co. I am old school, if you say you are gonna do something, do it or work with me somehow. Also, the insurance company had to call him and reschedule because he never showed up when he was supposed to or even called. Red flag I guess!

I am writing this based on overall experience, I am a first home owner. Plumbing to me was an afterthought. So i was kind of hesitant. I found Ryan with Elite Plumbing and if I'm being real, he is awesome! Like I'm not the person to rave about something but this guy and his company is a real deal! He's honest and will do everything he can to solve the situation. Oh, and he's local which is a big plus, he cares with what he does and makes sure that as customers we are most importantly satisfied. If anything were to go wrong in the future, I am for sure calling him! #realdeal

Ryan is fantastic, he came right away to bring me a new water heater almost immediately after I called him. He did a great job the heater works beautifully I highly recommend him for any plumbing job. He does great work.

I called Elite Plumbing at 10pm and had a water heater that need to be replaced at a rental the following day. They had it replaced by 11am.

The water heater was installed cleanly and professionally.

I'm impressed and will definitely hire them for my future plumbing needs.
