Aaron just ran a temporary gas line for me and he did it in the pouring rain. My underground gas line had a leak and perhaps more than one. It became clear that it would be necessary to run a new line altogether. First let me say, when SDGE shut down the gas to my detached garage late in the day - I called Aaron who stopped by that night to evaluate the situation. The next day Jeremy was here to trace the line. He was here as promised (on Sunday). At this point, no money has changed hands although I was willing to pay something just for the time!! I was finding it incredible that I could even get someone out here to help me. Aaron came the next night and we agreed on the new line, but I knew that his schedule would not permit the work to be done for a few weeks (he was upfront about that from the beginning). He was not content to leave me stranded until then and spent 3 hours, late into the night and in the pouring rain, running a temporary line that gives gas to my hot water heater. Basically, he was taking care of me way after his normal hours. I was more than impressed, although I just felt so bad that he was out there in the elements. In this day and age - who does that?

Frankie and David came and opened up a clogged toilet for me. They worked hard to clear between the cleanout and the bathroom. In the end, they were successful but recommend the camera crew to come over on Monday to be sure there are no roots in the line. They were polite, very knowledgeable and left the bathroom clean. They even wore special boot covers so no germs were spread throughout the house while walking back and forth.

Five star service !!! Aaron and his team are true professionals! I'm very impressed with Elite Plumbing and Drains! I had a flooded courtyard and was afraid that it would soon overflow into my house! I thought the drain in the middle of my courtyard was obstructed, so I called in the experts! Other companies either never called me back, didn't have the right equipment, didn't have the time, and were very $$$$. Aaron called me back right away and scheduled a time with me. He gave me a generous quote and booked my appointment. When his team arrived, Aaron and his team were surprised with my situation and stated ""When you think you've seen it all!"" Aaron and his team quickly went to work and snaked a hydro-jet line into my courtyard drain. After that, they were able to find the drain exit...BURIED IN MY FRONT YARD! No wonder I was flooding! They quickly uncovered the exit drain and my courtyard drained instantly! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! All within 1 hr!These guys really know what they are doing! I highly recommend their services and will be using them if ever I need their help in the future! Choose Elite!!!

Aaron and his team have done an awesome job with our bathroom addition. They work extremely hard and quoted us a fair price. Aaron made sure that when he was done that he was leaving us with a quality product because its clear he takes pride in his work. The inspector actually even complimented his work when he came by the house. Can't recommend these guys enough, will absolutely be using them in the future and will be recommending them to all of our friends who have any plumbing projects.
