Aaron did 2 jobs for me, an emergency fix of a broken gas line and hydro jetting my French drain system. Both times I was extremely impressed with how thorough and professional Aaron was. In both cases he went above and beyond my expectations - first wrapping the repaired gas line in PVC pipe so it would not get broken again, and second - inspecting and removing a broken sump pump in my French drain system. Aaron was very reasonable in rates, very friendly, and easy to work with, and knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing or drain clearing work.

Aaron and his team deserves our highest commendation for the outstanding and professional work that they have afforded on our family's bathroom remodel. We had a leak in our first floor bathroom and Aaron was able to inspect the area almost immediately after our first contact with him via phone! After fully inspecting the leak and surrounding area, Aaron proposed a few courses of action that would effectively resolve the issue. I actually wanted to do a complete remodel of the first floor bathroom and convert it from a half bath to a full bathroom. Aaron and his team provided full support and expert knowledge & skills throughout the entire remodel process. They were on time, on budget, and produced a beautiful full bathroom. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. I would recommend them without any hesitation! We will call Aaron for any future plumbing and related needs. Elite Plumbing and Drains ...customer service at its finest! Very professional, top notch work ethic and honest. We had a leak which Aaron found and fixed, but then we decided to turn it into a whole remodel of our bath room. My parents are getting to old to walk up stairs to shower. Thanks to Aaron and his team my parents now have a down stairs bathroom with shower. Aaron guided us throughout the process... he is very knowledgable in what fixtures can benifit the elderly. He was very honest in what can work and what can not.
He has the utmost patience and time management skills to coordinate a team to reach goals with our remodel. Aaron and his team made this process of remodeling stress free.. my parents have found a permenant family plumber. These guys are AMAZING! They did a fantastic job for me installing all new plumbing fixtures in my house - sinks, faucets, toilets, and shower valves, shower heads & tub spouts. They did it ALL. They also were able to come by quickly and start work right away. I so appreciate their workmanship and dedication to quality. They got me out of a bind after many contractors that didn't know what they were doing. They are the best at what they do and take pride in their work. It's so great to see a business like this in our community. If I needed a plumber again they will be my FIRST call!

Aaron gave me a very reasonable quote for a bathroom remodel job. Right after Aaron started we determined he had to jackhammer into the footing which took and extra two days of work. I offered to give Aaron extra money but he refused because he wanted to honor his estimate. Aaron help me through the entire process of the remodeling my bathroom and acted as a general contractor even though I only asked him to do the plumbing. Aaron has a network of friends that were also able to help me (all did great work and very reasonable rates). Aaron was easy to communicate with and was very pleasant to work with. With a lot of major complications with the footing and county inspectors we still got the entire job done in 3 weeks with me and Aaron scheduling all the work for the entire bathroom which also included, a major tile job for the floor and shower, electrical, framing for a new door and finishing work.

I knew from the first time I spoke with Aaron that I was going to be in good hands. Our bathroom ""remodel"" wasn't an easy one. But with Aaron and his team doing the work their main goal was to make sure I was happy. And I'm very happy. We are a family of 5 and we only have 1 bathroom, Aaron and his guys worked long hours to make sure we were able to use our toilet/bathroom as quickly as possible. Aaron has definitely became a member of our family.
