Poor business practices, poor communication, he seldom responds to questions, calls or texts. Talks a big game, but doesn't follow through. Bernie kept changing what he considered to be in his quote, to jack up the price of our renovation. Quoted a ""turn key"" renovation service, but later found that didn't include painting or electrical. He started work with demolition and then left for weeks promising he would be right back, only returning after I called him numerous times. He did not pay his vendor for completed work that I had to pay him for in advance for, and they harassed me for his nonpayments. Poor project management, took him 3 months to do a job he said he could do in one. Poor planning, he did not order necessary supplies until the day he needed them causing lags of weeks in between due to shipping things to the site. I am very disappointed with this service and would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Beware!! Bernie Davis has a big smile, but he is not sincere.

Con artists. they left the scene of our remodel unfinished and never heard from them since.. here is a list of incomplete work that is now our problem.
Dishwasher not installed
Oven drawer damaged
Yard not repaired
Trash and demolition debris around the yard and in the cabinets and on porches
Sink leaking
Damaged water filter
Bathroom door wrong
Floor vents missing
Used cabinet drawers sagging
Quarter round not painted
Shower door re installed backwards forcing multiple drill holes left into the channels not sealed
Toilet rocks slightly
Back splash not caulked
Front deck chipped on steps

Paid half deposit and job was abandoned. Had to hire someone else to complete. Very poor communication and lack of response. I wish I had researched more. You don't have to look far to see similar problems. Don't always go by all the glowing reviews!
