Experiencing a leak from ceiling vent Went online to elite electric and air to complete request for a callback. Customer service responded almost immediately ,and a time was set up for a technician to come and check out our problem. Jordan diagnosed our problem as a drainage clog, and was very knowledgeable. He proceeded to give us a reasonable estimate. We were very happy that we chose elite electrical air and thankful that Jordan was our technician. Jordan was very professional and worked neatly. Stay a way from them !!! They offer you cheap tunups to sell a new expensive and low quality AC. When AC isnt working they say its your or your building falt and you need to have tuneups twice a year even your 10-20 year old AC needed it once a year. Of corse they can help you to purhase a memenership for 500$ and so on....

I notice that Elite has many good reviews and I do not doubt that as technicians vary. However, not all techs are good. Read on We had Tony of Elite come to assess why our air conditioner did not work. * He said we had a freon leak (we did not). He did not even try to locate the leak. He had no idea if it was the outside or inside unit, but quoted us a repair price regardless. * He said the unit was over five years old and so it was not covered under warranty. (Not true. It is 4.5 years old and is covered by (warranty). * He apparently never took off the panel on the outside unit or he would have discovered the dead snake screwing up the controls. (The actual cause of the problem) * He quoted us $2300 to replace the inside coil even though he had not proved there was a leak on the inside coil ($1300 is the going rate) * He told us the new coil would only develop leaks again so we should get a whole new unit to replace our 5 year old Trane. * He quoted us $ 5130 for a new unit. (going price is $3800). We got another firm to look at our unit. They removed the dead snake and got it working again. They charged us $85. If you want to spend $5100, call these guys. If you want to spend $85 call Sean at Advantage Air. I have raised my review to two stars because Elite nicely followed up with me and assured me they would review their training. They also refunded my expense for the service call.

Our air conditioning went out. We had great service by their technician, Carlos, and it was fixed promptly. We are a member of their customer maintenance program which helps to keep the costs down. Great value for our dollar!

Elite was the 3rd company we called to address electrical issues in our recently purchased home. The first place we'd had out made the problems worse. The second place we called apparently didn't want the work, as it involved tracing connections to isolate problems. Elite sent Robin to our home. Robin thoroughly looked at each area of concern and gave a detailed estimate of the nature and cost to repair each issue. When he returned to do the work, adjustments were made as work proceeded, both in repairing newly discovered problems and adjusting the costs on things that were less complex than we thought, saving money in the final payment. We now feel confident that our electrical system is functioning properly. We are very happy to have found Elite and highly recommend them.

This company is a rip off. Needed to have a control switch installed before hurricane. Supplied all the parts needed just needed the labor. The technician said it was a three hour job and wanted to charge me $1800.00. I called the office to give me thoughts and then the price went down to 1195 plus permits. Just shows that if a phone call can save $600 they aren't honest people.

Yesterday we very politely asked our neighbor if she could have the workmen not ark directly across from our driveway because it made it difficult for us to back out. we are senior citizens, we live n a narrow street, and there was plenty if room for their vehicles without blocking us. well, they moved one of the two vehicles, but the kid didn't move his truck. today, the clown made a point of parking square in back of our driveway, just as i was about t leave. i waved my arms at him and he laughed. then he had what i can only call foul attitude to take my picture as i backed out. i hope he got a good picture of my middle finger. we called the company, but they offered no help and even denied that the guy, who we saw, was the same guy. (if it wasn't the same guy then why did he feel the need to take my picture)? well if this is the kind of help they employ you can be sure they will never do any work n my house, and i suggest others consider the same. I tried to post on their facebook page, but it will not accept comets -- which is hardly a surprise.

Today Richie Casale came to locate the cause of several of my non working outlets. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. First they show up without text or call for headsup. Second I asked for estimates and he gave me same amount with or without membership which is ridiculous. Third since there's a frickin service call which he only did estimates I still have to pay $119! 4th he sent me email by giving review for the other guy with him which is funny that he never talked to me anyway. In short he let down his coworker. Last this company is obviously a commercial. Everything for them is money.

Our A/C unit stopped working & as the temp inside went from 77 and climbed to 81 degrees, we needed immediate help! Within 30 minutes, Miguel arrived at 10:30PM to diagnose the issue. Miguel from Elite Electric & A/C was stellar! Our experience with him was tremendous. He was competent, articulate and empathetic with our plight. His technical expertise got us moving things forward. We can't say enough about this experience. Also, some other A/C contractors we called CLAIMED to be """"open 24 hours"""", but we later discovered that they merely had answering services available--but NOT actual techs to dispatch for late evening! After calling four different vendors, Elite was the real deal with techs on staff 24/7 and very quick response time. Their rates are also very reasonable for the level of service and follow up they provide. We HIGHLY recommend them for any A/C issues you may have!
