Don't let the """"We are always here for you"""" and """"Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week"""" nonsense on their website fool you. Called an emergency stating that I have my elderly mother in the home and they can't service until next day. If I hadn't already purchased their """"package deal"""" and if the warranty wasn't through them, I would have gone elsewhere long ago. Also experienced times where I have called and no one answers. Would never recommend.

They Charged me $196.00 for 20 minutes of work. Originally charged me $316.00 but after I questioned the charge they repated me $119.00. I will never use them agian.

I absolutely love this company. I've been a customer since 2018 and wouldn't trade them for another. The prices are competitive and reasonable with the market and you get the job well done and to your satisfaction. I use them for my AC needs and never have to worry about maintenance as they do a bi-annual check. I have also used them for plumbing needs like a clogged sink and tub and I was charged for the visit since the service would have been less. Either way, got me out of a pickle. Lately I've been using them a lot for my electrical needs. Upgrading outlets and fans, ceiling lights installation and removal and light fixtures all around the house. I asked for several quotes and even though some were cheaper, I still chose this company because I have a guarantee that the job will not only get done, but if there is an issue they will come back and fix it. I can't thank Matt enough for his knowledge, expertise and customer service. I always ask for him for all my electrical needs and he never fails to impress!!! Truly recommend this man, he is a hard worker and earns his money!

First they show up without text or call for headsup. Second I asked for estimates and he gave me same amount with or without membership which is ridiculous. Third since there's a frickin service call which he only did estimates I still have to pay $119! 4th he sent me email by giving review for the other guy with him which is funny that he never talked to me anyway. In short he let down his coworker. Last this company is obviously a commercial. Everything for them is money.

Nice guy but was not able to fix the A/C - suggested to replace the thermostat and charged $300 - this did nothing - repair was actually with the A/c engine: we had to hire another specialist .... Elite is To be avoided -

Anthony was on time, fixed my toilet in less than an hour with new parts & made sure everything worked properly. He is also writing me up a quote for the kitchen sink. He was honest, personable & considerate. Very happy I made the call to them & didn't have to wait until after Christmas to have a leak fixed.

This is the worst company in Florida. A technician came to fix the same problem as a week ago. We got it again. He said that you still have to pay for that again and again and left without fixing anything.

I requested service on my water heater and Danny Calabrese and Rebekah his assistant/trainee came out the next day. Danny found the problem right away and fixed the wiring problem on the water heater and the load shed. Both Danny and Rebekah were personable, professional and efficient. If I have electrical problems in the future I will definitely call and request them personally. Danny also arranged for a plumber to come out tomorrow and give me a free estimate on my plumbing issues. I highly recommend Elite Electric, Plumbing & Air!

My client had new duct work put in his home one month ago by Elite. The temperature in the house was always warm and they came back out and made some kind of adjustment but still didn't rectify the problem. In the meantime, An inspection was done on the property and showed one of the main duct trunks under the house was not even connected. So the crawl space was being cooled while the right side of the house wasn't receiving any cool air. Additionally, another company verified the findings. My client had called Elite to come out again but ended up canceling the appointment concerned they would not do the job correctly. The other company will do the work, instead. After seeing what Elite charged my client and reviewing his invoice, I can only say I would not use this company.

They might do a fine job but I will never know. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance. I called the day before and was told they could not tell me when they were coming but would keep me posted today on their scheduled arrival time. When I had heard nothing by noon, I called them. They said they were short staffed and wouldn't be able to get here today and I would have to reschedule. My time was of no importance to them. They didn't even bother to call to tell me they had to cancel. This must be their promised on time arrival. I will find another vendor who can provide some level of customer service as Elite clearly cannot.
