We had a clogged tub in which Drano and plundger didn't work. Someone from Facebook recommended Elite Drains. I called, and they were able to send someone out within a couple if hours. Danny explained that we shouldn't use drano for old houses and was able to clear the clog. He was very professional (wore a mask and shoe covers, which I appreciated), efficient, and super helpful. They can process credit cards too. It came out to $185, which seems reasonable. I'm very thankful. Would recommend!

Danny owner/worker showed up to take care of our extremely clogged drains. He was extremely professional and knew exactly what to do. He used his equipment and filled a large trash bag full of tree branches, roots, and other gross stuff. I highly recommend Danny for any plumbing issue you have. This guy is great.

My kitchen supply line burst on July 9th , causing me to shut off the water to my house. Danny came out within the half hour , reviewed what he needed to pick up for hoses. We actually really needed a new kitchen facet and it was definitely time to have that replaced. He found us a great facet replacement and installed everything with the next hour and a half.

He is professional , honest and very reliable.

Just the other day, our washing machine kicked out a ton of water in our basement. The feed line going into the main house drain looked clogged so I spent an afternoon snaking it and pouring chemicals to unclog the line. Nothing worked.

So we called up Elite Drains for service. Danny scheduled a service appt for the next morning and showed up on time. With his camera equipment, he diagnosed the real culprit for the clog: our front yard tree had gone full Swamp Thing and busted our sewage pipe at at least a dozen spots.

Danny used his cutting equipment to clear out all the roots down to the city sewage line. I kid you not, the removed roots filled up a garbage bag.

Danny operated with the utmost professionalism, precision and speed. On top of that, the cost was far less than I feared. Elite Drains will be my go-to from now on for all things plumbing related.

I can't speak to the quality of their work, but I can speak to their professionalism and honesty when I found myself in a jam with a less desirable contractor.

I developed a clogged sewer drain and called a separate emergency drain service. After being given the run around for two days by the other they finally unclogged the drain, but told me the pipe was busted and would require urgent replacement.

I called Elite Drains to shop for second opinion. Front desk was very professional and quickly put me through to one of their techs, Danny. I explained everything the prior contractor had done and sent him multiple photos and videos of the situation. He patiently and clearly explained what was going on, how I could self diagnose problems at home, and confirmed the prior contractor was attempting a significant upsell. He was more than happy to come out and perform a second camera eval if I wanted , but told me it was likely unnecessary and that I was better off calling back if we had further issues.

Everything has been OK so far, but should we develop a recurrent problem, I know I would call Elite Drains to honestly evaluate the situation. I wish I had called them first.

Danny called me when I was looking for a plumber to repair what an earlier ""drain cleaner"" messed up. He got here right on time. Made a quick evaluation of the situation and game me a fair estimate to fix the mess left by the earlier contractor. He had my drain cleared and the water running within 10 minutes. He explained the process and left the area clean. Excellent work.

We used Elite today, after a week of living with a clogged bathtub. We originally called another (highly advertised) service & they weren't able to help & told us someone has to come & rip the wall open to fix the problem! Danny from Elite came today, identified & fixed the problem immediately. He showed all the parts to me & explained everything thoroughly. At the end he cleaned the debris that were already in the tub before him! Who does that? I was so impressed.

I ended up in touch with Danny from Elite Drains, LLC via Angie's List to check out two severely backed up pipes that drain from the gutters of my building to the sewer. I spoke with Danny in the late afternoon on Monday, and after asking some questions about what I'd observed, he provided a very reasonable quote and upon request, agreed to come take care of things the next morning. He arrived promptly at the time he said he would, quickly diagnosed the issue and cleared the drains.
