My wife and I hired Elite Drains back in late 2022 or early 2023 to address sewage backing into our home. They sent a representative out to assess the issue with a video scope of our plumbing. The individual was able to determine that we had roots growing into the pipe beginning right where the sewage line left the house and towards the city connection. He was able to pressure blast the roots away and unclog our sewage line. He informed us that we would eventually need to replace the plumbing line, as there were several cracks in the pipe allowing roots access and continued growth. He provided us with a quote and brief description of the work that would be needed. When summer came along and we were preparing to sell our home, we reached back out to Elite Drains to reassess our plumbing and to get the needed repairs addressed. To my surprise, they did not reassess the pipe/re-scope the sewage line, although several months had passed since the initial work had been performed. They sent a new representative out (who was unfamiliar with the exact issues or location of the problems) with 2 other laborers who were not wearing any uniforms and likely picked up out front of a Home Depot. The representative determined where they should begin digging based on measurements from the original quote several months earlier and then left the property as the 2 laborers began to jack the concrete and then dig down to the pipe. At no point did the actual Elite Drains employee/representative ever return to inspect the work the 2 laborers were performing and assure that it was being done properly. The laborers completed the work without any supervision, filled up the dig location and poured a new concrete slab that did not match the rest of the walkway. When my house was finally on the market for sale, the buyers hired another plumbing company with many highly rated reviews on Google and Yelp. This company scoped the plumbing line and found that the work performed by the laborers hired by Elite Drains was done using improper plumbing materials and would eventually cause issues and need replacement sooner than later; furthermore, this secondary scoping of the sewage line found that there were more issues in the pipe leading to the city connection that remained unaddressed and would require additional work that we should have been notified of by Elite Drain had they properly inspected the line when the work had begun. When I contacted Elite Drain about the issues we were encountering and spoke with Melissa, she was rather short and impatiently told me to ""calm down"" when I asked her to send me their scope video so I could compare it to the new video from my buyers plumber. When we heard back from Melissa at Elite drains about their assessment of the new video, she acknowledged that the work that had been performed by the laborers was not done properly and would need to be redone. She said the company would honor the warranty of ""their"" work and do it again. I informed Melissa that the buyers did not want to work with Elite Drains and that their failure to properly address the issues the 1st time around cost me $10k in the final purchase price of my home. As the new buyers have already taken possession of the property, were unwilling to work with Elite Drains and because Elite Drains had acknowledged that the work performed had not been done to properly, we requested a refund for the work. They are only willing to redo the work which I am no longer in a position to authorize as I am no longer the home owner and they are unwilling to make any concession on a refund to remedy our financial loss due to their mistakes.

Called company to come clear out main drain. Cost was going to be $109.00 Tech came out said he couldn't clear because his machine was broke would have to hydro jet at a cost of $450.00 I refused that service and called dispatch. The tech left my drain in assembled ( the company I used fixed it for me at no charge) I told them I wasn't paying for anything. Then received a bill two weeks later for $109.00. Called Melissa and she said if I didn't pay $109.00 she would adjust bill to $177.00. I said I wasn't paying and she said she would send to collections. I believe she will adjust to $177.00 to send higher amount to collections.

Elite Drains has more than earned this 5 star rating. I called them on a Wednesday to come clean out my sewer line, and they were at my home within 2 hours. Once they arrived, and at no charge, they ran a camera through the entire sewer line and discovered a break in the line that previous companies had not bothered to identify. It turned out to be a VERY big job to repair, requiring pulling permits, etc. I'm happy to report that they completed the entire job within 2 days of diagnosing the problem. Throughout the process, everyone at the company provided prompt responses to my calls, and their customer service is some of the best I've experienced. A big thumbs up from me!!

These guys are fantastic! Got right out to the job and really bailed me out. I would highly recommend their services.

Very dishonest company! Do not use this company! They lie cheat and scam people! They do not finish jobs like they are suppose to! They also treat their employees very poorly!

Used these guys for all the plumbing needs in my house for over 6 years. Multiple repairs throughout the years including cleaning out sewer pipes every couple of years. Had them fix a toilet just two weeks ago. Great service...always tipped, etc. However, tried to hire them yesterday to fix a leaking kitchen sink. Said they would be here in the afternoon. Waited all afternoon...and when they showed up around 5ish to check it out..said they would have to come back today. Asked them to remove my garbage disposal and just replumb under the sink. I have a 1950's house and it doesn't work to put food down the pipes so I wouldn't use it anyway. Friday night they said it would be no problem and cheaper anyway if I just redid the plumbing. Today...finally called a little after 2 since we agreed that between 1 and 2pm would work today and hadn't heard from them. Today they told me the owner thinks it would cheaper if I installed a garbage disposal and did I want to go buy one or buy one from them. Told him I didn't want one and questioned if they just wanted to sell me a garbage disposal because I was adamant the day before that it doesn't work well for my house. At that point, he told me he didn't appreciate my comment and find another plumber. What a joke. I have a sick kid ...no useable kitchen and it's Saturday afternoon! I called Friday morning for help and they assured me they would get me back on line. As a loyal, returning customer, who has referred them many times, I don't think it's wrong to question something especiallly when working with a guy from the company...who you haven't worked with before. I realize that I am not a plumbing expert but give me the benefit of the doubt, take the time to walk me through the process and don't be an ass if I ask too many questions. Especially, if you tell me something different the night before! My advice is to stay clear. I'm sure most of the techs are awesome but the managers need to work on their PR skills and follow through. The punishment, in this case... far exceeded the crime!!!

They sent out a junior plumber who had to be constantly on the phone with the lead plumber to try and fix my smelly septic pump. He used the flex spray that I had on hand to seal the cracks. Back on the phone with the lead plumber when it dried and still smelled. The lead said he would come out to bid on replacing the clogged vent pipe. I've called them a dozen times and always get the run around that they'll call me back - I still haven't gotten a returned call. Here I am a week later and $270 down - for what? Truly an hour's worth of work? I will not recommend them!

Elite Drain did a horrible job repairing our broken shower faucet. They left gaps between the shower wall and hardware that never got caulked. Also, they left a huge mess for us to clean up after their so called dry waller textured the wall repair, they said they would come back to fix the unprofessional dry wall job and never did, leaving a huge eye sore in our nice house. To top it off they did not come back to fix the wall and sent me to a collections agency! Do not use this company

I have been working with Jackie and Frank to get the roots out of my sewer pipes. I could not believe how helpful and understanding they were! They were on top of everything and responded quickly to all my questions! Definitely going to be using them for my yearly clean-out and would recommend them to everyone!
