Where do I begin? Kristian was our savior! My Mom's home had roots growing into the sewer line which caused flooding in the the master bedroom and bathroom. It was a disaster! I called many different plumbing businesses and was frustrated because we needed the pipe fixed right away. I reached out to many people for referrals and was glad that my Cousin had referred Kristian to us. Kristian was very personable, friendly, reliable, and very honest. This was such a big plus for us because a company before him quoted me an outrageous price for a different type of fix for our problem. Kristian was up front with us and explained what needed to be fixed and what he needed to do. He was very thorough with his explanations and went step by step making sure that we understood what needed to be done. He showed us photos of the problem and also kept me updated with the before and after photos. This was very reassuring and built that trust you need with someone fixing things in your home. My Mom also had peace of mind knowing that he wanted to help and would do a good job. Kristian not only fixes the broken pipe. He also replaced the low pressured toilets because the ones that my Mim had were low pressure and were not helping the plumbing problem. Our kitchen garbage disposal was leaking and stopped working completely. We weren't able to get around to fixing it right away, so our sink started to get clogged. That's when I knew I had to call a professional. Kristian answered our call right away and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I'm the type of person that always has a lot of questions lol. Now we have a brand new shower stall and fixtures. He also worked with us to replace an exterior door and screen door. You really get great value for the work performed. .

Looked on Yelp for a small, local company to address an ongoing random toilet clog we've had recently. Kristian got back to me right away and was at our house the next week (worked best for our schedule). Communication was great, and he gave me a heads up a few minutes before coming down. After he inspected under the house and found nothing, the problem turned out to be a combination of a dual flush toilet with an aftermarket flapper not getting a strong full flush. He explained everything clearly and checked with me before making any replacements, and the issue was solved after changing out some parts. We are 100% satisfied with his service and would go through him again, no hesitation!

This review is a bit late, but I would recommend. Initially called to change fixtures on tiled shower wall. By mistake, I accidentally tiled first before changing the valve for the new fixture. Kristian came quick and was responsive. The job was harder than it looked, but Kristian ended up finding a way and was easy to speak to. Would recommend!

Just by happenstance, I ventured in the crawl space under the house then discovered that the sewer line PVC cracked at a connection point and it had created a mini cesspool... I immediately reached out to several plumbing companies. Kristian got back to let me know he was fully booked next week but could spin by between jobs on Saturday to give me an estimate. Not only did he provide me an estimate but also completed the work including restrapping the PVC pipes - the broken straps likely lead to the leak in the first place. Timely communication, great work and reasonable price!

I had major problems with my plumbing. It was a disaster but Kristian came and did quality work for a good price. My sewer lines were backed up and sewer water was flooding everywhere. Despite the mess his work was very clean and he left it looking better than when he got there. Call Elite drains if you need quick fast quality service done!
