Where do I begin? Kristian was our savior! My Mom's home had roots growing into the sewer line which caused flooding in the the master bedroom and bathroom. It was a disaster! I called many different plumbing businesses and was frustrated because we needed the pipe fixed right away. I reached out to many people for referrals and was glad that my Cousin had referred Kristian to us. Kristian was very personable, friendly, reliable, and very honest. This was such a big plus for us because a company before him quoted me an outrageous price for a different type of fix for our problem. Kristian was up front with us and explained what needed to be fixed and what he needed to do. He was very thorough with his explanations and went step by step making sure that we understood what needed to be done. He showed us photos of the problem and also kept me updated with the before and after photos. This was very reassuring and built that trust you need with someone fixing things in your home. My Mom also had peace of mind knowing that he wanted to help and would do a good job. Kristian not only fixes the broken pipe. He also replaced the low pressured toilets because the ones that my Mim had were low pressure and were not helping the plumbing problem. Kristian, from Elie Drain Solutions, came to our rescue one night when our garden pipe broke and water was spraying non-stop in our front yard. It was very stressful to see the water spewing out so fast, so I called Elite to see if they could come ASAP. Elite had a lot of other jobs to do that night, but Kristian was kind enough to squeeze us in and save us! The repair took about an hour, and we were relieved to have the emergency resolved the same night. We really appreciate the great service we had from Elite Drain Solutions. The guy helping us with our toilet replacement spent a lot of time trying to help us find where to shut off our water, walking up and down our steep driveway multiple times, only to have to come back out the next day after he called the water company to temporarily shut off our water. He was very fast, and he did a great job. We will definitely be working with Elite in the future as we will eventually need to replace a second toilet.

Elite Drain was very accommodating! Needed a plumber but no one was available to come over to my house. Thankfully Kristian was able to make things work for me. He arrived to my place according to what he had told me and did not leave my place a mess! Usually there would be foot tracks from other plumbers and also fluid messes but Kristian let little to non of a mess for me to clean up! Definitely recommend elite draining.
