Our AC unit was only blowing hot air. Phoned elite they were here within a few hours. They evaluated the inside and outside units, saw that the wires had been cut with the weed wacker. They fixed it and now we have cool air and the price was surprisingly reasonable.
Would recommend to family and friends.

We had a tech come look at our a/c that was sent by the warranty company. They were in and out of here in 15 minutes and the diagnosis they gave us was going to be very expensive. Called Elite for a second opinion. They were so helpful! Came out right away, re-diagnosed our system and found that the other guy was trying to take shortcuts for easier work and more money. They fixed our system for a great price. The tech took his time, explained everything to us and even did a little extra cleanup and providers tips for our unit. I would 100% recommend them.

I called this company on a Sunday for emergency service because my air conditioner was out. The answering service took the message, the technician called me within 30 minutes and was at my home within the next 45 minutes.

The technician found the issue, explained it and fixed the issues within 1 hour. He was honest, polite and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience!!!!

Called Elite for Quote to replace Heat and A/C system. They sent Tech out He looked over old system and said he would E mail quote and call and discuss bid. He was out Wednesday morning and this is Sunday afternoon and I still haven't heard from them.Also this is after Calling them Saturday afternoon even this involved 2 Calls and being on phone 10 -15 minutes each time. Finally got answering service and was told they would deliver mess. Immediately. I guess this was a total waste of my time.Also no heat at home during all this time.Good luck with this company as they apparently don't care much about customer service.

Loved this company in the beginning, especially Ryan who is 100% reliable, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Unfortunately I had an ac problem and had a different technician. I questioned his diagnosis and cancelled the work order. Upon calling them back to request price and reorder of service, this tech Never Called Back. 100% unacceptable. Bye-bye. New company doing twice the work this person recommended for same price. Nope.

Update: received a great call from Elite, totally apologizing and even indicating the person in question no longer worked there. I personally should have contacted the company sooner.

Our A/C went out and after reading multiple reviews I decided to try Our A/C went out and after reading multiple reviews I decided to try Elite Heating and Air Conditioning. We have a unit that's almost 20 years old and we're not quite ready to replace so I wanted an honest service. Several reviews had stated that their techs don't try to up-sell you.

They were able to send a tech out, Herman, the following afternoon after our unit went out. Herman was really knowledgeable and explained what the most likely problems were. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, had the part with him, and had the unit running again within half an hour. Even though it was after 5pm, he fully serviced the unit at my request, since we didn't want to chance something else going wrong with Summer in full swing.

I purchased a package of two complete maintenance services, one for now and one for later, at a 15% discount and he also applied the discount to my repair. I felt the price was already really reasonable. I was super happy with the service and I will be using Elite from now on.

Our experince with Elite Air was wonderful. We had struggled with our home Air Conditioning situation for years. Our bills were sky high and our unit did not work efficiently. We called Elite Air and Kyle Bacon was amazing! He was full of information and experience. Kyle came to our house and did a VERY thorough evaluation of our system and the duct work. He offered different options for us knowing that our money was tight. We chose to get a new unit, new reconfigured duct work and new air intake vents. We have lived in this house for 7 years and our AC has never been this COOL and our bills this LOW .... even on 100 degree days here in Austin! I cannot say enough good things about the entire process. The job was finished ahead of schedule. The men worked so hard to get it done and I hardly new they were here each day. They also left my house spotless each time they left. I have been recommending Elite Air to all of my friends and will continue to do so. There are NO games or gimmicks....just good HONEST service and communication! THANK YOU ELITE AIR! We are HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

A/C went out earlier this week, and Greg was my service tech. He was on time for scheduled appt, called ahead to let me know on his way, and one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and personable folks I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

He started troubleshooting right away and worked diligently to determine precisely what was causing my outage. After replacing several components in the process of elimination, it was determined that the 19 year old unit was indeed done for good. Greg promptly got on the phone to get my unit replaced as quickly as possible.

While he's on a much deserved break this Saturday morning, I trust him when he says his #1 crew of Angel & Hector will provide the same high level of service that he would. Fingers crossed I've got a working A/C when I update y'all about the installation!

Update: Angel, Frank, and Kevin arrived on-time and got to work straight away! They've given me an estimate of 3 hours, so here's hoping for a nice and cool Caturday afternoon!

We continued to have issues with our AC reaching the desired temperature during the summer in Austin. We contacted Elite and Greg promptly came out to troubleshoot the issue. Professional, very knowledgeable and did awesome work. We would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them for all of our future AC needs. In addition took the time to show me exactly how to keep my system in perfect condition throughout the year.

Called at 2 p.m. due to trouble with my heat pump, and Alex arrived within an hour. Very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and honest. I purchased the twice yearly check for heating and cooling units because this company seems to have what it takes!
