I can't say enough good things about this company, and specifically one of their plumbers, Talmage(pronounced Tom-age). He's courteous, timely, and most importantly, HONEST.

I'm a hands-on, DIY type of guy, but sometimes you just need a pro to get it done quickly and correctly. They've come out for both commercial and residential plumbing work on three occasions, and each time the service and pricing quoted was fair and accurate. No price gouging and no unnecessary things that "have to" get fixed.

There's never a fun plumbing job, but Talmage and Elite take the worry about being ripped off out of the equation.

Thomas and Andreas came to repipe the line from the leak they had repaired last week. They were professional and very concerned with getting it right and doing no damage. They tested and checked everything. It was not an easy job in that the crawl space they had to work in was very small. They not only succeed in getting everything done but they left me in better shape than I was originally. These guy take great pride in their work and the fact they want to make the customer happy. They are welcomed in my home any time.

Just had a great service visit and interaction with Damon. He was able to alleviate our concerns about some sediment appearing in the bathtub and also fixed a small filter leak, for no charge. Overall he was prompt, professional, and polite, and we would definitely use Elite again for HVAC/plumbing services.

They installed the heating and air conditioning in our new house. Unfortunately it doesn't work. In Austin the weather will get to 50 at night and 80 the next day so we should be able to use auto setting so we can make it so it cools/heats between 68-72 but auto setting doesn't work. The bedroom and office only work if both are on heat or both are on cool and having to go back and forth switching constantly isn't doable. My husband will leave his office on cool during the day and then we can't heat our bedroom at night because he left it on cool. His office is upstairs on opposite side so it's not manageable to constantly be running around switching the thermostats back and forth especially when you have chronic pain and struggle walking upstairs. I've voiced this and asked for an update and they never called back

Elite provided excellent flawless service from start to finish. My plumber Thomas arrived early as they indicated, found the problem causing the leak in my ceiling and went above and beyond checking my hot water heater that could have caught fire any moment from its malfunctioning. He got me a very fair price and was a godsend for me and my son. I can't say enough how blessed I felt having him in my home fixing the issues I had. I would recommend Elite and Thomas 100%!!!

Preston and Eros were great. They were kind, respectful, very communicative about what was happening, and they got the job done well in a timely manner.

Elite took care of everything having to do with the builder's warranty without me ever having to even see the bill. But I will definitely be calling Elite back for even regular maintenance since I really appreciate their service and how fast they were able to take care of me (they were able to come out within a few hours to come check it out and installed a temporary solution, and the next business day they came out to permanently fix the issue)

My garbage disposal stopped working and when I emailed Elite for a quote Veronica responded very quickly and had a technician available same day. They called when they were en route and arrived on time. Justin was courteous and quickly found a small foreign object in my disposal that once removed rendered everything back in working order. I will absolutely call them again when I have plumbing issues!
