I made an appointment with them to be at my house at 3:00 today - Wednesday. The appoint was confirmed via text. It is 5:30 now and they still have not showed up. Been waiting for over two hours and they di not even have the courtesy call me. DON'T even call them!
Wasted lots of time dealing with these guys.

Do not waste your time!! Eli is very unprofessional! He came to our home to quote a job and told us "I have enough work right now, good luck!" And walked out of our house. Rude!! So unprofessional!

If I could leave a 0 for a rating I would. This company is price gouging customers requiring significant upfront money just to schedule an appointment. What a shame when people are needing them most during this epic storm, they are taking advantage.

We have worked with Eli for 10 years on various needs - building a new house, maintenance items, etc. They are always incredibly professional, responsive, show up as promised, and they absolutely stand behind their work. In our experience Eli's is an oasis in the contractor desert. You can probably find someone cheaper, but these guys always have fair pricing and they do excellent work.

After closing on our house we needed to find a plumber to come out and fix our pipes under our sinks. I called several places that were rude over the phone but with Eli's Plumbing, I was greeted politely and an appointment to come look was made right then and there. They were quick and thorough and now our sinks don't leak anymore. Couldn't have had a better experience :)

11/7/2018...Today I used Eli's Plumbing Service. Mr. Eli came out and handled my shower problem very quickly. The gentleman is knowledgeable, personable, and kind. It was obvious he takes pride in his work. His prices are fair and reasonable. Although, he had an opportunity to overcharge me, he clearly stated where I could save money and made sure his work was handled promptly not to dig further into my pocket. I will use this guy every time from now on because I see his honesty, professionalism, and appreciate his hard work. I'm a real customer with a real experience. I hired Eli's Plumbing to replumb the pipes in my house and bring them up to code. Originally I was quoted 2-3 weeks total. Once I gave a sizable deposit it appeared as though I was no longer a priority. After about 2 1/2 months I still was not even half way through the project. I finally was told I passed inspection and I could put the walls up. Now I can't find a record of the inspection and I have a major leak in the plumbing. I also needed to hire another plumber to connect the gas line in my house since I almost died from carbon monoxide poisoning. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I also have not heard from them in any capacity since they caused all these problems.
