We were wrapping our pipes before the hard freeze tonight and one of the joints popped and water began to leak. We called and they were at our home in under 30 min! Fixed the pipe and also winterized the pipe/faucet! These guys are great!

My sewer line broke and Eli's plumbing came out the same night after hours to evaluate the problem. He and his crew came back the next morning and worked around the clock to fix until the next night to fix my issue. He was very fair and reasonable as far pricing and kept me informed along the way. We would never use this company again. He gave us a quote to clear our drain line, we agreed with his quote. But told us after 40 minutes that he can't do it and offered an alternative solution which will cost us a lot more. Even though he couldn't clear the drain line, he still demanded the full amount (over a thousand dollars). First time use this company and also the LAST.

Super fast, great service. Water heater went out late Thursday night . They were there within 30 minutes for a temp fix and were able to get fully repaired Saturday morning. Loving the new water heater and professional installation. Very fair pricing. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment with them to be at my house at 3:00 today - Wednesday. The appoint was confirmed via text. It is 5:30 now and they still have not showed up. Been waiting for over two hours and they di not even have the courtesy call me. DON'T even call them!
Wasted lots of time dealing with these guys.

Do not waste your time!! Eli is very unprofessional! He came to our home to quote a job and told us "I have enough work right now, good luck!" And walked out of our house. Rude!! So unprofessional!

If I could leave a 0 for a rating I would. This company is price gouging customers requiring significant upfront money just to schedule an appointment. What a shame when people are needing them most during this epic storm, they are taking advantage.
