Hired Elian per referral from Larry & Joes Plumbing (Corbin). Contracted him on June 15, 2016, to install three Grohe bathroom faucets and 6 angle stop valves in two bathrooms, which he did in one day. Paid him $900.00. Two days later, Friday June 17, two of the three faucets were malfunctioning: cold water handles either fell off or would not turn on the water. Called Elian and he promptly blamed a plastic insert and Larry & Joes (not Grohe) saying it was not his problem: go back to L&J he said. Then agreed to come by and inspect malfunction, but changed saying I ""disrespected him"" by saying "" if its malfunctioning two days later, the installation may have been subpar"". He hung up the phone on me and refused to answer calls or text messages. Will keep you posted!

Leon from Saado came out and ran a gas line for me. Leon was very helpful, explained my options, and didn't try to up sell me in any way. I'm a total do it yourself-er, but I needed a little more expertise on this job and Leon was the man.

This is a plumber who goes beyond the scope of great service!
When I called Elian to get a quote for removing and installing a new
toilet in my home I told him as a senior female I would need help to
remove the boxed toilet in car I purchased from Lowe's and brought
into my home, also help to take old toilet to the curb for DWP big pick up.
Elian was prompt for appointment, brought toilet from my car into my home,
opened the boxed toilet and we found Lowe's had sold me a toilet that had
no secure packing and was broken! I was noticeably upset and asked if
Elian could help me. Elian well beyond helping or any scope of expected
service! Elian loaded the broken boxed toilet in his truck, followed me to
the corner Lowe's by my home, remained with me while I returned the toilet,
helped me chose another toilet and opened the box at the store to assure it
was indeed packaged properly and intact. He installed the new toilet, broke
up the old toilet to be disposed in my trash bin. He noticed my water pressure
seemed high, so he checked the valve pressure...it was 180! Though he had
another job scheduled he went to get new pressure regulator valves and did
install them as he was concerned about such a high water pressure in my home
would cause problems. I most certainly have noticed the difference since the
pressure valves have been replaced! All Elian's work was efficient, he was neat,
gave explanations for his suggestions, and his price is better than other plumbers
.....far more reasonable! After my experience I would without reservations
recommend Elian!!!! Thank you Elian!

Elian is amazing! I've actually used his services twice and each time he's been quick, efficient and precise! He came over to work on some old pipes inside my walls; when we reached a crossroad where he needed additional parts for and old system, he was able to locate the proper pieces in his truck. I have no doubt that any other plumber would've made me replace the whole system and would've charged me a fortune! I hope more people have a positive experience with Elian or plumbers like him...I've had some rough experiences in the past.

I never written a service review before, but I had such a good experience with Eilian Saado plumbing that I felt I have to.
I recently did a complete remodel on my valley village home which had a mix of plumbing from over 5 years ago. Galvinized plumbing, undersized copper, and holes in my cast iron drain pipe (he used the video snake to show me, very cool tool).
The pipes from the street were also undersized with a rusted water pressure regulator.
Elian and his crew came in and tackled the job very quickly. They installed all new copper pipes, new regulator and drain. He talked me thru the whole process and showed me the problems so that I didn't feel taken advantage of.
This is my second house remodel in 7 years, and the previous plumber I had on a different property now pales in comparison. Elian really communicated with me which gave me a lot of piece of mind.
Now onto the price. I had a couple of estimates. Some were out of my price range, and a couple seemed very low (I had to question the low ones as to why they were so low, were they gonna jack the cost up later? did they just do cheap work?). Eilian's was right on the money, and I felt very comfortable with the price (lets be honest, I'd rather not have paid anything, but good luck with that).

Overall, I was extreemly satisfied.
