Once again, high-quality work from Neal. Some of his staff, is not as good as him, but a good package. As a construction engineer, Neal has the knowledge that puts him above others.

I am a retired facilities engineer and hired Eley Construction for the simple job of extending my existing roof eaves and re-roofing my home and garage. Neal initially presented a favorable proposal, timeline and price. However, both Neal and his crew proved to be totally inadequate at their profession and performed a mediocre job at best.

An estimated week long project turned into over a month and all I heard from beginning to end were excuses. The crew left construction and personal waste such as beer cans and cigarette butts all about my property. Their low quality tools continually broke down and they had to borrow my construction tools to be able to complete work for the day.

The best description I can offer for Eley Construction is that they are at the bottom of the construction trade and prey upon people that are unaware of this industry. Do not hire this company!

Neil came through! On time, complete, and no issues. I asked Neil and his guys to work a little out of their comfort zone on my mobile, and not only did they complete the work, but it was expertly done, within my schedule, and priced reasonably. I will definitely be calling Neil in the future.
